  1. Im looking for Diff options too, any suggestions? From what i've been reading the Kaaz diffs can be noisy and clunky for a street car.
  2. If your getting traction once the tyres warm up then it might be worth trying some different tyres that will work when cold. I've got 265KW and use federal 595SS and they hold traction really well, well in the dry anyway. i've put some different tyres on the back before and it was nothing but wheelspin. Other than that you could run less boost or get a tuner to adjust the tune so you get more traction in the top end which sounds lame (less power) but it will work out to be quicker than wheelspin.
  3. What about "The Jetter's Edge" R34 GTR, or are you looking for a tidy street car with lots of mods? Or a race car? http://www.uniquecarsales.com.au/pls/uniqu...mp;keywords=r34
  4. Pm me or post if you have or know of anyone selling front camber kits for R34GTT, would prefer a bush type like the whiteline types. Cheers

  16. i bought a commodore, it was the most unreliable car i've ever had. Pretty much started to fall apart from the moment i got it. I bought the commodore because it was cheaper to run overall than a turbo jap car but it ended up costing nearly the same. I always wanted a turbo jap car so the commodore only lasted me a year and i sold it and bought a R34 and i've had it for around 4 years now and still love it. It's very reliable and has never broken down in 4 years, just fix the common faults and keep it serviced and your good to go. Bottom line is buy what car you want and you'll be happy and keep it for longer. Buy something else because someone told you or its a cheaper option and you'll still be dreaming about the car you really want.
  17. Sounds good but it's pretty expensive. Any details of what you do at the track?
  18. Looks hot How much are you looking at selling the old rims for?
  19. 40,000 Kms per year is quite alot don't know if you would want to be driving on a ceramic clutch that much. If its a daily driver I would be looking at something else. I've got a Exedy 3 puck ceramic, you can have it on a daily driven car but its not that comfortable im not sure how many km's there good for either.
  20. Dam, did you get the seats Jeff?? they look bloody good i was interested until i saw your post
  21. Go for a return flow cooler, Jap brands tend to be the best build quality and fit properly. As everyone has said you'll need to trim the reo bar, it will still be there but you'll be trimming it down and cutting the shroud in the front bar that feeds air towards the radiator. $1,000 for a jap kit fitted sounds like a good deal. I was quoted around $1200 i think for a custom job but ended up buying a ARC return flow kit and putting it on myself. The ARC kit is really light weight not sure about the cheaper kits though.
