  1. Is it only open to members so far? My boss might be interested in heading down with a TVR or two
  2. I hate dealers and their warranty's aren't worth anything. Better off buying a privatly owned car for less money and taking it to a real mechanic that will be happy to point out whats wrong with the car rather than dodge things up and hide problems from you.
  3. Looks good but i think i'll need more track practice before attempting a track like that
  4. Oh noooes! that's along wait for skids. Hope we can get a wakefield day in before then
  5. While your getting used to the stock power save some money for some of the common faults with the GTT. Depending if it was done before have a look at the tie rod ends and castor bushes. Depending on the Kms you may need to change the coilpacks most seem to start to die at about 60,000kms to 100,000 kms and make sure you get a good workshop to look over everything. No point throwing $$ at a car that won't handle it.
  6. I went for the metho removal of the sticky rubbish and sprayed the lot black from the gear surround up to the tripple gauge cluster. Its abit of mucking around but its worth it. Do it once properly and you can forget about it.
  7. Yep sounds like a coil pack is on the way out. mine did the same thing and i've now got splitfires which has fixed the problem. You could try changing the plugs first as its a cheaper option and may need doing anyway then if its still there you'll need new coilpacks
  8. PM me if your interested in selling the turbo.
  9. Hi mate, any idea if the rear bar will fit on a GTT?
  10. SOOOOOOOOLLLLLDDDDDD
  11. BUMP Special price if you take the lot $200
  12. Haha I was thinking the same thing it looks like a show room. Good to see they did a good job and your happy with it. So does this mean your bringing it to the next texi?
  13. Only time I've ever had a cop pull a radical U turn to pull me over was when I owned a VT commo and all it had was mags and I was following two R33's at the time I waited until i was off my P's till I got my R34 and have never had any police trouble. I've been pulled over for a few RBT's but thats it. I don't mind if the cops pull me over I just try to be nice and I've never had any trouble, just a breath test and thats it. I think attitude at the time plays a huuuuge part
  14. I think we should have a vote and the highest voted plate design has to go on your car.
  15. Thanks for the heads up What part of Sydney was this? I guess its going to get a little crazy on the weekend, lucky i'll be at AC/DC hitting up a few beers
  16. Im guessing they will probly be using the whiteline parts. I'm pretty sure if you get the swaybars from whiteline they come with them. It's probly worth buying the swaybars if you dont already have them and its not that much more expensive.
  17. I could be interested depending on location and date. I'll keep a eye on the tread
  18. Yeah Sydney, pickup can be Ryde area during business hours or Northern Beaches.

  20. Im going to be doing one of these soon as well. I don't think you could go wrong with either of them. Anyone know if you can go straight to stage 2? stage 1 doesn't sound very interesting im after how to handle a car on a track/ performance driving.
  21. Sweet vids Ben, I now know what the next toy I wanna buy is
