I just had a similar problem and it was just a simple adjustment on my Power FC. Get you tuner to check your SAFC as it may only be something simple. :sorcerer:

Awesome DIY I followed this and cleaned the one on my R34 its very similar it just looks a bit different.

Looking for anyone who is interested in Alloy air boxes for pod filters, these boxes will be made to fit the R34 GT-T with factory FMIC pipes (for people with return pipe style FMIC and stock SMIC). They will also be made to use the stock air snorkel so that it is fed cold air. UAS will be making them and pics will be up as soon as one is made price will be somewhere around $190 ish and theres a possibility of some being made in plastic for around $100. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Well I drove the car to Unique auto sports today and was fixed in about a minute. Some adjustment in the idle control on the PowerFC seemed to have fixed it up :sorcerer: So free plug for UAS!

As far as i know to get to the idle reset requires the tune to be wipe the whole tune which i really dont want to do. I just put my stock BOV back on and cleaned the AAC valve it now idles better than ever untill I turn the lights on then its the same problem Anyone know of any Power FC Tuners close to Northern Sydney/ Northern beaches???

Well it seems to stop if i have the air con on and it only does it when the car is warmed up

Hi all just got a wierd problem I've got a power FC on my R34 now all of a sudden when i start my car it idles fine then when i turn the lights on it revs to 1500rpm then drops to 1000rpm then goes back to 1500rpm and repeats over and over then when i turn the lights off it goes back to normal. Anyone have any ideas my BOV is set to full plumb back im going to try putting the standard one on tomorrow and see how it goes I also think it might be the AAC valve. Anyone have any ideas???

I've seen a ebay turbo on a 180 getting tuned. It made pretty good power but popped right at the end of the tune! I would rather spend the money on a higflow anyday.

I had the same problem with my 34 the plug didnt fit so it was cut off and a new one put on.

You should be able to get between 200 and 210 rwkw @12psi.

smic should be good for 200rwkw with cool air temp I hit a wall with mine at 185rwkw with a air temp of 40 C With a water sprayer it would do a little better but a front mount is the best option.

If you've broken a fin off or part of one im guessing it will no longer be balanced and will need to be repaired.

Im interested too any more pics maybe some of it off the car? Also any pics of the carbon one?

I bought something from carmate and it was fine, had a pretty good finish on it too.
