how can you tell at what point its happening at?

Had mine tuned today just went for a quick squirt and hit a knock level of 43 somewhere along the way is it anything to worry about?

I just put a ARC kit on my 34 and the fit is perfect the pipe loops behind not under so it doesn't hang any lower as for the core size its bigger than the hole in my bar anyway. Go buy a arc kit you wont regret it.

I'm close to installing my new FMIC on my R34, I already have a PFC and boost kit that has already been tuned. I was told that it would need to be retuned after the istall but does anyone know why/what needs to be done, and how long can it be driven without the new tune as most workshops are closed. Thanx for any help.

I got the same thing with my R34GT-T after a power FC and EBC it feels a little better. A large or split dump pipe should help and make sure your bov is plumb back. You could always go buy a Ball bearing high flow!

Can anyone post the top attachment as I can't seem to view it. I also have the PFC boost kit and my boost curve is also like a wave and its affecting the whole power graph, im not sure if the self learning thing has changed it since the tune ill have to get it on a dyno again to check it out.

My 34 also does this a little bit but its more of a babble gurgle light popping than large backfireing. It did this straight after a power fc and tune. What bov are you using a atmo one will cause backfires.

Where's a good place to get the ARC cooler from?

You could check if the throttle body is opening properly with the pedal all the way down it might be going past fully open.
