  1. Mr Funkymonkey, We have been trying to advertise on here for months, literally. As have others I have been told by more than one moderator. Yes, we have been told to do it this way, by one of the moderators of this Importing forum. Yes, we have that in writing from him, and its still in our messages box from him. If you can get us a banner ad or two, please do. Cheers
  2. <deleted> And advertising on here? We have been trying, as others (see another forum on this site) for months now. One other business took 18 months according to them. We will just have to wait. We have been told to do it this way until the other happens. If you don't own an R34 or are buying one, or own this site, it doesn't matter to you anyway. Cheers
  3. Hi there, We are a RAW. We went through the very long stages to become one, after being in the business since 1989, and having over 14 low volume comnpliances under the old scheme, and now the new low volume-new- scheme. Some facts for you: If you RAW applicant does not by some chance become a RAW, it can go to another RAW workshop. It will not be re-exported or asked to be destroyed whilst any inspection process or submissions are going on. You can go to the RAW and let him (ask him) to show you the screen online of their submission and where its at (doable, but he can refuse, if he's hiding something too). DOTARS can take longer than 12 months, they can and have waived that for similar situations. Yes, the above is all common. Submissions, contrary to what you may have been told or read, can take 12, or 18 months, ESPECIALLY if it is there first RAW sample vehicle, ie; They have no other vehicles under RAWS yet. Hope that helps.
  4. Mr Grey Imports, We have R34 compliance, and blame the powers that be for taking so long to get it. We were not alone though. If you have something to say, please do, or you can contact us or myself direct on the number below. By the way, that car, as you would be aware, was the 'sample' vehicle to gain compliance. It is irrelevant to this here as we now have it all. We are currently offering R34 compliance for $2,000 + GST, add tyres and if required, brake pads, as per industry standard. Yes, we are waiting on advertising from this great site.
  5. Can someone contact us re-advertising on this website please?
