Wardest what colour was the R32 GTR silver or a harliquin special effects paint both are members here i think. As far as i know they are the only 2 R32 GTR's in townsville and about 3 R33 GTR's including mine

Well I travelled 30 hrs down and back from Townsville to see Gavin and he definately gets my vote the guy and his team were fantastic. He accomadated us very well taking the time out when i arrived to go through all the gear i had (quite a bit) for him to fit to my car and he understood that i was pushed for time and had to get back to townsville for work so just concentrated on my car for two weeks so it would be finished, he is definitely a dying breed in the auto industry where customer satisfaction comes first .

Saw this car about 6 weeks ago looked ok didn't like the leather interior they did have the front lip it was just taken off to stop it from scrapping everything. Don't know about the 97 98 thing was told it was a 97 and its a series III cant understand why its just not stamped on the original jap plate seems a bit strange

What GTR's have you got down that way? any serious ones or just stockers? Came through rocky about 6 weeks ago on a thursday night after getting some work done to my skyline on the gold coast , just about every car there was racing at the lights near our motel and I thought townsville was bad!

What are they like to drive on ? do they come with tools to adjust the height ? and what sort of condition?

R33 GTR HKS super Drager exhaust HKS front pipe HKS super power flow air filters Apexi power fc (not tuned yet running very rich and pining very badly above 6000rpm far from ideal!) 13 psi boost button clutch huge custom intercooler 600x300x115 (not really needed at this power level) Done on the worst dragstrip in australia 12.63@110mph 60ft 1.847

Thats got to be some kind of record isnt with the 2835 turbos most guys in japan with HKS turbos running those times run at least the 3037 or 3240 setups well done !

230 kph in a r34 GTR gotta be something wrong there i thought they would do around 270 kph quite easly

Does gavin wood have a all wheel drive dyno or does he use someone else's when he tunes power fc's because iam tossing up between going to subzero or gavin i need a bit of work done on a GTR replace turbos fuel pump injectors and so on

can you tell us abit more about it like mileage what sort of money are you chasing for it any mods (yes i know he has said no mods but in the photos there is a AVC-R Boost controller and what looks like a apexi exhaust sysytem)what year is it and what model V-spec or not and wold you consider a trade.

Would you be interested in a set of standard R33 GTR rims and tyres with some cash?

another vote for the R33 the 33 gtr's just look way tougher then the r32 GTR's and have a much more modern look they just have an awsome stance with the fatter and more rounded gaurds.

I pay around $1250 with suncorp also for a 97 model GTR and iam 28 as well and that was for 13 months some deal they had going at the time. Also told them it had an exhaust air filters and larger mags all was ok and told them about my bigger intercooler they didnt know what it was so they did not worry about it(intercoolers arn't listed ). We got a good deal because our house and contents insurance and also another car was with them strange thing was i could not get insurance for my old $30,000 WRX but can for a $60,000 GTR

I have to agree with Rev 210 9 times out of ten a lightly boosted GTR will leave a WRX with front mount and vf22 turbo in its wake most rexs with these mods run mid 12 sec most GTR,s with a exhaust, filter and boost to 1 bar run flat 12 sec only a rex with a dog box with straight cut gears will hit 11 sec with a vf 22 sure there are a few "freak" wrx,s that run just into the 11,s but there are also freak GTR,s that will run mid 11 sec and chances are a wrx will destroy its gearbox if its running in the 12's anyway.

What about Sub Zero i think there in labrador as well, does gavin woods have a 4WD dyno? and whats he like with power fc's
