Hi Fellas, Im getting conflicting information with regards to what Brake master cylinder the R33 GTR uses. Ive got a r33 gtst for which ive bought the r33 gtr brembos. I want to get a matching brake booster so that the brake are not affect by pedal travel due to a small master cylinder. Ive bought a 2 port abs BM50 master cylinder thinking that is the one that a R33 GTR uses. I noticed on another mates r33 gtr that the master cylinder says that its a BM57. The reason im being picky on this is because im about to get the car engineered since ive got an rb26 in a gtst and one of the requirements was the GTR Brembos and matching brake booster and master cylinder. Can anyone confirm this please. Also if the BM57 is what I need does anyone have one for sale or know anyone that has one for sale with the 33GTR booster. Ray

Hi mate, ive got an rb26dett built with eagle conrods, n1 oil pump, oversized after market pistons and rings, after market metal head gasket, etc etc etc. Engine has done about 15000kms after rebuild and im still running standard turbos on it since i wanted to run in the engine properly. On the standard turbos its making about 260rwkw at 13psi. The sump has been modified to suit a rwd application. Reason for sale im over it. Let me know if your interested. The building of the engine alone cost me 12k excluding labour. PM me if your interested

If you can get into the car, take out the drivers door padding and then take out the thing you put the key into. Take that little bit to a locksmith and he'll be able to cut you a key. If the key to open the door is the same to open the car that is. I lost my keys for my car and this is how i got around it. Hope it helps

Hi Mate, Ive done this conversion to my car which is a R33 GTST Sedan. I changed Engine Wiring loom, r32/33gtr ecu or u can go PFC, I went with the R34 GTT gearbox with an r33 gtst manual tailshaft, but you can use the r33 gtst gearbox. I think the only difference in between the 2 gearboxes are the R33 Gearbox is a push type and R34 gearbox is a push type. You will need to modify the front sump, take off and weld the holes where the front drive shafts come out or you might be able to find one that has already been welded up. You will also need the power steering pump, alternator (might be able to use the same ) I think the reason you need to change them is because the width of the pulleys and the fan belts are smaller on the rb20/25. You will also need the return bov piping unless ur planning to run the pfc djetro or a mafless tune. Thats all i can think of for the moment
