I haven't managed to snap any as yet, they are all there. I also have a 90 degree drill so all good on the drilling side.

i have a central 20 ecu, this is simmilar to that. Mine was still ritch through the mid and top range, used an SAFC II to get the AF nice. I had to reset my CAS to about 12 deg before she would stop pinging at 15 psi. i picked up about 60 rwkws through the midrange. have a look here. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=155230&hl=

Central 20 is a tuning house in Japan. Its a remaped Ecu from them The cold start is preset. It is not tunable in Australia, as Dr DRift has not got the hardware to do so yet. There is no water in the engine oil or vice versa. So radiator and sump are both clean, no problems there. It did the same with a standard ecu. The ecu does not have an autolearn function, like a PFC, it's preset to a set map and that's it. Reseting has not done anythign at all. I have replaced the watter coolant temperature sensor already, as the old one was bugared, this one has done abut 6 months work. The thing is, it only does it first start in the morning. If i start the car any time after that, it is ok, no probs there. When stock, the car had no issues, it's only after i started to mod the car, that this has begun to occur. It did the same this morning, it kicked over on 4 cylinders or so, then coughed and fired up into life

nope car uses no Water ot oil, has no blow by or anythign of that nature. Itseams to have started to happen after I started to modify the car. I am running a Centra 20 ECU, which does not have the little idle adjustment screw on it, so i am not sure at all. There is no wate rin the oil or vice versa. Engine compression is 150psi across teh board, and all seams ok. I wander if it sould be a leakying injector or something?

It is suppose to bolt up to the exhaust manifold bolts. It is designe to ground the engien ect.

there is a clip that it plugs into it. it's directly opposite the turbo, on the shock tower

LOL i wish. If you have to just send teh car, it's like $400 as it is freight only, so it is cheaeper to buy a ticket, sign the car in and get off the boat.

UPDATE: Read last post by me plase. I really would appriciate some input on this. Driving me nuts. It has got to the stage where the car, just coughs it's guts up in the morning and then coughs some more, untill bang 1200 rpm. ________________________________________________________________________________ ________ This is exactly what is happening to my car "Hey just a small annoyance with my cold start. When starting the car up for the first time on the day the idle goes to like 600,700rpm kinda stumbles then just revs out kind of wakes up and then just warms up normally and yeah everything else is fine i know kind of picky but yeah just abit annoying. For the rest of the day turn the car on when cold warms up normal but if its not driven for more than a day or two then yeah does it again could be the cold but also wondering if it may be related to the tps??" My car also seams like it only fires up 3-4 cylinders, then clears its throuat and fires up all 6. The compresion test is ok 150 across all cylinders. Does anyone know the anwser to this. With an SAFC II and a CENTRAL20 ecu i got 207 rwKw at 12psi and approximatly 217 at 14 psi.

Hi Guys I need some input. A Mate of mine at work and I, are looking at organising a site, where any forum, or person, or club, can upload their cruise/event/BBQ/whatever calendar, to do with motorsport, cars bikes ect. From what I have seen there is nothing available for Tasmania, where all the small clubs can post up events and cruises. So what we are looking at doing, is combining some RSS feeds from all the sites, so that events can be automatically updated (don't as me how, I have no idea how this shit works) Basically what we are proposing is an index site, based on a calendar or something, where each day can be displayed, and any events occurring on that day would be listed. The description for each even would be brief, with further link to each relevant club ect, to obtain the cruise information. So what I need is some input, to see if this is a good idea, layouts, how you would like it to look, design ideas AND MOST IMPORTANT A GOOD NAME, something that can be easily searched for and found. The main aim of this site, is to make motoracing more available to people. For example, there are many people that just like to watch drifts, but if you are not signed up to a site and visit regularly, you will not know that there are training sessions held ect. This site would bring motorsport together, allowing for a full calendar of events a cruises. I now that Motorsport Tasmania has a calendar, but this does not cover things like the skyline forum, or the Mitsubishi Australia club and so forth. So fire away. ALSO, for all those involved in other makes, models of cars, bikes and forums, can you repost this information on my behalf to get some feedback, and report back here. I am about to do thesame with my car, dam gaskets and studs. Overall if you ahve two people, the job is EASY. just takes time and patiance. The Nissan manual has a good DIY on how everything has to be performent and in what order. I can send a coppy of relavant pages, just PM me. Overall cost i sabout $200 for all the gasktes and so forth allong with some new studs. Possible extra for coolant. If you start at 8 in the morning, you should have it done by the afternnon no probs. UNLESS, you break some studs, and can't get them out, need some helicoils, or have a warped manifold. I comed propered and have broght everyhting possible to ensure i can do it in one day, as i too need my car on the road ASAP.

Well i rang and no good, looks like my mate is no longer there. SO GMB, work your magic, i need. Manifold gasket * 1 turbo to manifold * 1 turbo to dump * 1 watter gaskets for turbo new copper washers for oil feed lines. TAAAAA

Hi all. Well it apears i have a leak in my gasket between the maifold, and i am going to replase it, just cos i'm a pedantic anal little so and so. My manifold is great nick, BUT i can't have the car of the road for more then a day. SO what i need is to borrow a stock manifold, that i can machine up to ensure it is flat, sandbalst and paint up and then install on the car. I want to do all the painting and so forth, before i pull the other one off, to minimise any supprises. SO i need to borrow a manifold, and once i have mine off, i will blast and prep that one the same way as the one i installed and give it back to the owner as exchaneg. KAPISH? ok so who has one? I got a new remaped ecu with R%R removed, and hay presto no issues. The ecu was fine, but for some reason, the mappign was such, that under R&R, it had so much retatrd on the timming, it would missfire. I am also about to put through a grounding kit, as the R33 ground is S H I T E. BUt so far so good, but saying that, it still does have a bit of a cough sometimes. LOL. DAM TURBOS>

Yeah that is the only place i found that had the gaskets, studs i am getting a kti from SPARKO, all the nuts and bolts $36.

do a search for my user name, and splitfires. Mine did it after i spent a shit load of money, it turned otu to be the ecu, simply instead of a boost cut, i got missfire.

I love how when anyones buys a skyline, it starts to swallow money in great big chunks. LOL.
