i can get a S1 mines ecu for buga all, but i don't want to connect it to a S2 and blow something cos it's no compatable

yeah the S2 has two plugs on the TP but only uses one of them, the other is a blank, not connected, well it isn't in mine at all. DAM IT i can get a mines ECU for buga all, but i don't want to see if it will work if it blows something up.

tell you what, i wish nissan put more paint on their fcucking cars, i tried to clean shit in between my rear wing and boot, and now i have soo many scratches, blody paoint. Looks like it's time for detail. BTW, never work at Zinifex, that place makes mess of any paint.

LOL, i just tried to take mine off so that i can clean under it, there is so much shit there. Unfortunatly, no good, so someone shed some light. I simply used a soft bristle brush to get under it to clean it, but still scratched the paint work, spent the last hour trying to polish it all out. DAM SOFT NISSAN PAINT.

Mate, you can make up a custom wasted spark setup. I am making one up now with AU S1 coils. You can go to Bosh single packs or MSD coils, same shit different day. LOL. just need an ignitor if you have a S2. So far AU S1 coils new $95, custom leeds, $100, Ignitor and new loom $80. Now bad.

why you selling, i have one on my R33, love the noise, dam big too. Not so good for filtration, but who cares.

how did you find out you didn't have one. My car takes propably 15 minuts to warm up with easy driving, wander if mine is stuffed. anyone got a number and what type to use that is CHEEPER.

Are you sure Toffy, i was not aware that it is different at all. The S1 has external ignitor and S2 has internal on coils, still same signal. Hence why a PFC is valid for all years of R33.

it's the ambient sensor for A/C, it allows the A/C to work out how much cooling is required to mantain space temperature. There is also a temp sensor in the dash and one on the top of the dash to work out ambient loads. -

Shut up and grow some balls. Big deal, my brother was driving wayyy over the limit, not like you haven't done it. So give up. I try not to do it, my brother was driving as it was his first drive ever in my car. RELAX. it was very late, no cars on the stretch of highway we were on, and even if there was, centre divide so I couldn't hit them anyway. I am getting sick and tired of people thinking that if you speed, you are dead. I have been racing on tracks since I was 13, have had accidents and learned, never do anything stupid on the real roads, and if you look at my driving record, it's %100 clean, and I have been driving for 8 years. SO lay off grow some balls and stop pretending that you leave in a society where people are perfect, your not and neither is anyone else. THE END. So before you call people a moron, GET YOUR FACTS STREIGHT. just cos your the MOD, don't mean stuff to me. -
I did this and held up ok for 2 months, now the coils are braking down again.

you can't get much more free flowing them mine, 3" dump, no cat, and an oval 3" muffler with 4" tip. it's free alright. LOL I think it's the stock boost controller not working with so many modifications. -
hay catKiker, that looks soo neet, now i know how i want to mount mine. Do you get any spikes, and does it hold boost without fluctuating on cold nites.

Well it sure scared the hell out of me. But yeah i am sure it had to do with teh cold night and denser air. Can't wait for an EBC to fix things. As for the R&R, yess i managed to get rid of most of the issues, we bumped teh fuel pressure up, only 3 psi and then tuned down the SAFC to the point where the R&R disapeared, but the stock computer not taking timming out. It took some time, and there is still a little flat spot, but not as obvious as it was. Having done all this i just purchased a mines ECU, so we see how that goes. -
Hi all Well tonight my bro was driving and being stupida as we all do, late at night, nice and cold outside, and my car went all the way to 14psi after the FMIC, so propably 16psi on the turbo side. I have a FMIC and turbo back exhaust, SAFC II tuned and HKS pod, ect ect, stock boost controller, and the boost went up top 14 psi. I am looking at a GIZZMO IBC but this is weird. The highest i ever saw it before was 12psi, but normally lucky to see 10psi. What the hell is goign on and how do i fix it untill the GIZZMo is in???? And befor i get flamed, it was on a dual higway with just us two and NOOOOOO cars, and it was my brother.

yeah i recon the gap does not help. Whay plugs did you buy, splitfires? I finaly got my bits together for my wasted spark. When i pulled my coil out to see the spark, i could hardly see it. LOl. so this will definatly help. I have no CAI, yet to make it up. But i have some good ideas as to how i want to do it. AS for the bonnet thing, well no, i don't like the look of it, but hay. Can't wait to see the water sprays, i'll pinch your design. LOL. Keep us posted

main advantage is that the coil is wasy form the heat, and its just as strong if not a stronger spark, depending on what coil you use, then direct replacemnt splitfire coils. It cost about $100 for the coil, Au S1 is vest or VP commodore one. If you want to keep the original loom for the coils, a second hand one is about $30 use these to make the new loom. Custom leeds to suit length and tophat, $100 or $50 for generic ones to do best fit. Propably $10 for a custom bracket and your done. wire it all up and hay preston, new ignition, so thats about $250 at best, less then half that of splitfires. As an advantage, if there is any fuel left in the syetm, on the exhaust stroke, the spark reignites the mixture, but this in reality doesn't happen as there is no fuel to burn, unless you have a problem. LOL. So it mainly cost and efectivness. You can get this setup working for as little as $140 if you use secondhand parts. I have a S2 car so i need an ignitor aswell, and i am buying all new parts and all new connectors ect, and total cost is $300.
