thats what i meant, it's just that a lot of people say yes and a lot say no, so people are in two minds about it. DO a search for redline and something should come up.
-
mine does it too, all skylines boxes, well R33, do it, i have driven a nearly new skyline, back when, and still crunched. Mine does it a lot more when cold, and not tooo bad when warm. A fix is to change from 1-2 by finding neutral, and then changineg into 2nd. So first, clutch, neutral, clutch, second. Also you can use REDLINE SHOCKPROOF oil, but i will get flamed for that, each to his own. I simply went for a light weight synthetick gearbox oil, with a Nulon gearbox addetive, work a charm, all though still manage a crunch every now and then.

or simply incet a bit of fuel into the port on the exhaust stroke, work for WRC and my mates scuby. a good idea, but a littel bit to complex, Well done

hay if you have two, i'll take one of your hands too.

there is some on gbay now, but they are only $150 new form the us, for a HKS one. Don't bid on the one i am after or else. LOL. However not sure if this is right, if you go for a FCD and an APEXI SAFC then the systems will still go to fuel cut. I tihink

well seing as he was sick, he had a big sleep, but basically, put him in the playpen and put on the wiggllleeesss, and all good, then he went to sleep and no probs. LOL. Got a chance to drive the car more today, and definatly made a differance to my car, more go, better response and shifted the turbo spool up time. now to have enough time for the cooler to get installed

I have already remove the stock boost controller, but had the aftermarket one set to 7, but now it seams to have gone up. I went for the bellmouth one from flyen performance on this forum, it is one pice from turbo to cat, and it cost $229. see them under trade sellers If fitted up well, only catch is, one of the bolts needs to be put in the dump first and then the dump put into the turbo, as there is not much room to spin the bolt. I love it, i need to get the cooler on a PFC and my new turbo, WHY, because i can. LOL
-
Well so today i had a day off work, as my son is sick, and somone had to look after him. For some time now i have had my Flyen 3" dump sitting on the floor looking at me. So today i decided to fit in on, and well it was easy, but i guess having all the tools i have helpes, allthough i did have to cut a 13mm spaner in 2 so that i culd get to a bolt at the back with a small bar on it. All the bolts were soaked in WD40 for about 20 minuts, then one buy one, they came off, non snaped. I removed the old pipe and then put on the new one, all fitted up no probs, nice and clean. I also found that my car had a brand new CATCO or something like that high flow cat, so i decided to keep it and not gut it. The new pipe sounds heaps better, there is a lot more noise of the turbo out the exhaust and it picks up heaps more, also my boost, being stock at 7 psi, is now about 8.2psi. The overall response is heaps better, and the car pulls harder. I love it. PS. for anyone doing this, your car is not on fire, it;s just a tin of WD40 burning off. LOL. NOw for the coller which has been on the floor for 3 weeks, and the fuel pressure reg and so on. YEEEHHHAAAA What has other peoples outcome in power been when changing pipes?????????

Fs: Apexi Power Fc
WogsRus replied to r_speedfreak_r's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
dam it, i want one but it is too expensive to buy the hand controller seperatly. I will give you $400, i know it's buga all, so you can laugh. -
mine does it only when the clutch is disiengaged. So once there is a bit of pressure no probs, so i'm gona investigate and spray some wd40 on the fork, but i suspect its the throw out bearing, bugga.
-
i'm about to do this myself, so i'll let you know. BUT what i have done, is WD40 the dump pipe everynight, so that when i come to take it off it will actually come off, LOL. BE aware, you WILL loose some skin off your knuckles, TRUSTME. BUt main thing is be carefull, and use the right tool.

R33 Intercooler Install Instructions Pdf
WogsRus replied to WogsRus's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
yep you will have to cut a hole for the new pipe, and remove a whole heap of metal form the reinforcment bar, and plastic from the front bar. -
well i have doen these before, well timers anyway, but i have no idea what pin does what on the timer, there simply is no instructions dam it, I really would like to use all the functions that are there.
-
hay i was first. buga
-
hay, ok so i had a look, and the only screws i see, are located on the sunroof plastic, on the actual glass part. Does your sunroof go in and out and up and down, cos i am sure there must be a adjustment somwhere to do it, what i do for now, is once closed, simply bump the up swithc a bit and it's fine.
-
doesn't anyone know hoe it works. It has an rpm and auto function but they do not work, as i belive the wores are not connected up.
-
The hose connected to the top of the standard selenoid, goes to the vacume side of the intake, before the turbo, it is there to help the selenoid work , that it, nothing else, once the selenoid is not being used, it can be disconnected. The standard selenoid, simply opens at 5 psi, a signal form the computer earths out the valve and sets the it to 7psi, or there abouts, they are not supper acurate. TRUST me it will work, i have done this to two cars now, and they are all fine. I will take a picture over the weekend and post it up.

yeah, they are available through Online Perfomance, @350 new plus postage. Sorry mate. So how come you are selling it, did you have it tunned at all before you installed it. Thanks
