Hay guys, i got my car and it comes with a RAZO turbo timmer, but the wiring is all over the place. I want to fix it all up so i can use the function on it, which i don't eaven know. And i need to get some instructions as to how it is connected and what the functions are. All that says on it is RAZO SOLID SPORT AUTO SELECT TIMER here is a pic. Someone help me please

humm digy not working. The controller does go in between two tubes, but the main two tubes, you remove the T pice that is there currently. So basically that is the wastgate actuator not the selenoid, then disconect the standard selenoid. there is a section in the forum about these i tried to search but no good, i'll try tomorrow for you

yess there is an ARC side mounted one, that replaces the stock unit, or you can get a R34 GTT side one if you are only going to have 200kW or so. But ARC also do a front mount that uses stock piping, do a search and something should come up. VERY pricy though, R44 GTT much cheaper.

The wastegate is sprung to hold the gate shut until it sees a pressure form the boost controller, or thereabouts, and putting the gate under vacuum can damage the membrane inside as it was not designed to see vacuum. Also the gate will open slower if plumed off after the throttle, this is because the controller never sees full boost as quick and allow for the gate to work. Basically it, it is easy to do, go to a auto shop ask for a 5mm vacuum nipple with a treaded end, mine was 8mm thread hole, and drill and tap, use some silicon tape and hay presto. PM me if you need some help

Here you go. Bassicaly, remove the T-piece and install the controller the, the inlet side is the one opposite the bolt, the side is the outlet. BE carfull with these, make sure they are unscrewed just about out when you firt start to test, mine after one turn was at 10psi. Disconnect the cable link form the original controller and either plug up the vacume hose or leave connected, makes no differance. Hope that helps. BTW these controllers rock.

Dam it, ok so i get in the seat, and look towards the front or the side or back. are the two plastic screws easily visable, i can't find anythign there. Are you meaning the cover that has the swithes on it? dam it sorry mate, like i said i have only had the car for 3 days.

HI can you bit a bit more specific in regards to the plastic cover part, not sure what you mean. I only have had the car for 3 days. The seal looks great, no probs there, i just figured there would be an easy fix on the rail itself. Do you have any scaned photos of the manual or anythign like that. I have a pdf on cd but i left it behind. How do you actually remove the sunroof glasso out of the tracks, i need to clean the rails properly, the old greas sux. Thanks

yeah i have the CRD kit which is same as HYBRID. The thing is it is not good to have the wastgat see vacume, hence why the bleed is usually taken before the butterfly, i would fix it, as sooner or later it will stuff up. I simply drilled and tapped my main cast pipe and scrwed in a nipple connection for the hose, no probs so far.

Hi guys. I have a 95 type M R33 and i have a sunroof. A question, when it rains what happens to the water if it gets into the sun roof channel. It seams like the back of my sunroof does not quite sit flush with the roof of the car, and if you press down on the sunroof a gap forms in the seal and the roof. Is there any way of adjusting the roof to sit higher or something. Has anyone got a pdf or something showing how this can be done. Some pics would be nice.

how old mate, It's a SAFC not a SAFCII correct. Does it work well? have you used it on your car, if so did you notice any differance? I have $180

had a simmilar problem, so i took out my coils and allthough they all had thesam resistance and no cracks visible, i wrapped them up for good luck, i took out the plugs to discover it had two different types, no wonder it had a missfire. So i changed the plugs to BRK6AYE or something like that, gapped to .8 mm and all good, pulls way harder and no missfire so far. YEEEHHHA, bring on the boost

Hi guys, for some reason i can't use the search section, no idea why. Anyway, i just got a 95 series 1.5 R33, and i was wondering if on the driver side seat, does it calopse and come farward so people can get in the back, same as the passanger side. I have the lever and the seat calapses, but does not come farward, just need to know. Thanks

thanks mate, found them LATE last night, exactly what i was after. Quick question, the piping has no nipple for the wastgate actuator,did you guys make one up. Also i think the bracket for the main top pipe is out on mine, can somone post a pic of their engine bay for me. Ta

Hi guys, has anyone got a version of the instalation manual scanned or a coppy they can send me through, i recived my kit form CRD wich is absolutly fantastic, i will post pics. Only thing, no instructions, i know it's a generic type but i need to see where to cut the hole. Can somone give me some hints as to where the whole needs to go for the piping and cooler. URGENT.
