Z32 AFM + plug please look at pics closely, Have very small hole in rear mesh, makes no difference to the function of the AFM. Front mesh is perfect. $250, located in Adelaide, will post at buyers cost (only via registered mail, about $12 Aus wide)

Ill take rear seat huddy, call you tonight

When taking changing the exhaust/turbo gasket I bumped a line running to the boost solenoid and it had come off but was still sitting on the end of the plug. Reconnected it and everything is fine.

Was driving this car around in japan for 2 days with a stuffed manifold/turbo gasket. Its now back in aus and last night I replaced the gasket. Things I took off: Top intercooler pipe BOV Standard heat shield Couple of Vac/boost lines Turbo Also played with, but didnt remove: Rubber intake pipe/AFM/POD Bottom intercoolerpipe Car: FMIC 15psi standard Turbo Exhaust Ive been over things 2/3 times still no luck, feels like the intake pipe is sucking closed, cause if I keep my foot on the throttle the problem keeps going if, I take my foot off it acts like normal. *just had a thought that maybe I split an intercooler rubber joiner??? Will check that as well, I dont have internet (at a friends house) any help would be great will check again hopefully tomorrow. Thanks for the help

Ive got the same problem, Wont rev past 5,200 hits almost like a limiter and if I keep my foot on the throttle it acts like the car is stuck in netural and slowly decreses in rev and speed.

Its so funny cause its true. Most of my friends are wogs, but the difference is they socialize with everybody.

This sale has been put on hold untill car has arrived, Much easier this way.
-
Thanks guys for all your help, Car will be here soon, ill make up my mind then what will happen with it. Either keep it and do the mods beer baron has said (Ive already got all of them but the Power FC ready to go on) or car will be sold when it arrives and R32 GTS-T to fill the gap. All the advice has been much appreciated and might just have said a few people a lot of money. Keep the chat going, always good to hear people opinions.

Hi guys, Bought this GTR while I was in Japan 2 weeks ago because my dad wanted something for track work. He has since started to change his mind for a GTS-T. This is more an EOI rather than a for sale ad but will list all details: Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R June 1991 RB26, shows no signs of stress, blows no smoke. Mods: BNR34 N1 turbine (30,000 kilometers, bought new) Remapped computer 16-stage damping adjustment harmonic Orleans with a car (10,000 kilometers, bought new) Cusco Castor Rods Cusco Front Upper Arms Strengthened clutch Kai KAKIMOTO mufflers Bucket Seat Recaro Seat rail HKS Air filters Genuine R32 GT-R wheels Rear Strut Brace IMOGA steering wheel Pioneer CD player Aftermarket CD player Currently making 270rwkw. With standard air boxes and HKS air filters. Car is 100% straight underneath with no dents in rails or anywhere underneath. Bad points: Clutch will be replaced when it arrives (included in price) as current 1 is slipping Very small rust in back right guard, have close up for serious buyers. So when I was in Japan i came across this car, looked perfect for what dad wanted and had a few extras as well as making plenty of power. I have took it for a drive while I was there and about 30 photos. After $11,000 for the car landed in Adelaide. Car is set to leave from Japan in approx a week and should be here by mid/late December. No money will need to be paid untill car is landed and buyer has taken for test drive. Any questions fire away.

Assume you have 2 IDENTICAL motors with all supporting mods (FMIC, Exhaust, Fuel Pump) Motor 1 makes 200rwkw @ 16psi, It makes it power by upping the boost. Motor 2 makes 200rwkw @ 12psi, It makes it power by having adjustable cam gears and cams. Now these motor are exerting the same amount of force, in this case 200rwkw, but is one motor doing it easier than the other? I guess what im asking is, is there different ways to make the same power but one way is easier on the motor?

Its not the car its the way you use it.... ANY car will get to 140 along that piece of road with no problem. It doesnt matter what you drive its the mentality of the people driving. I live on that side of town and have just driven past it no more than 10 minutes ago on my way home. Chilling thought driving past the skid marks. Its all well and good to say no need to abuse him, or its going to hard enough for him, or think of what he has to go through now. HE is no longer the problem, the next person is and this one accident may stop the 50 or so people that he was closer to from speeding but it wont effect the other 50,000. Its a hard issue to deal with but, cars dont kill people, people kill people. Change the mentality of the driver and you dont have a problem.

None of these post really give me much hope too still have a motor still in 6 months. Oil Cooler will also be fitted, forgot to add that and I wont be upping the power from what its currently set at, est 250-280rwkw.
-
Thats a bit that confuses me, If people say to put in an aftermarket oil pump but would that increase the issue in the top of the head? Also I keep thinking of something to do with a collar. Oil pump collar or something? anybody know what im talking about?
-
Think I might get in contact with previous owner first and ask if its already been done, Chances are slim but might be worth it in the end.
-
Just read Sydney Kids write up and Wow, didnt realize it was that bigger job to get the oil issues under control.

Cheers guys, That exactly the kind of information I was after.
