Just how much info can you get from a power fc serial number?
Serial Number is:
BNR34 0001 - 0015
What information can you get from this and how do you go about getting it?
Cheers
Just to go over this, and clear up any misleading information.
Kansai Automotive is run and owned by Terry Volholmus and is no way related to FBI. It annoys me when people jump to conclusions about an issue they don’t know all the facts about.
Madaz - Don’t jump to conclusions, you obviously know nothing about Kansai Automotive as they have been established for quite some time. I have bought parts from them and both Terry and Ryan have helped me many times. You have pulled this conclusion from thin air, maybe next time you should think about your actions before you lash out and punish some body of actions they never had part in. Kansai Automotive has been a huge stepping stone in getting drifting off the streets and on to track, as they are the people who brought you Port Gawler and I hardly see your remarks a fitting reward for a company that has done so much for us.
Have you got anymore information on the motorkhana's as im very interested in doing them this year, or even if you could just point me in the right direction.
Just to expand on what Bl4cK32 said, motorkhana's are non-speed events (from memory) usually done in car parks or large surfaced areas. A tight course it set using cones and the driver is timed to complete the corner as fast as possible, you may find the quickest way it reversing in some parts, spinning the wheels to flick the back round or small tight donuts. Classes are made so that you compete against similar cars.
But it will show up that you don’t know the road rules.
Sure you can’t show up road rage in an exam but if you just don’t know the rules then that will be clear. You could have some sweet old 70 year lady who sits dead on the speed limit, and is very polite on the road, but she doesn’t know who to give way to at roundabouts. Accident caused she’s in the wrong.
You wonder what the last owner has been doing with your car when you get it with no rev limiter or speed cut. If you can get your hands on a standard computer hook that up and test it out.
Have you checked your cold start, (automative choke)
Ive got the same problem at start up, idle goes up and down as it wants, give it a couple of revs, up to about 3000, do that twice and it just idles by its self after that.
