  1. sounds like the flasher is still getting power, but it isn't passing the power on to the lights. could be a dodgy relay.
  2. one of the easiest ways with the 33 is to pop the bonnet, look down the passengers side of the engine bay, and if there is a turbo, its a type m, if there isn't then it isn't a type m. the 32s have bigger brakes, leather triming inside (gear boot, steering wheel, and handbrake cover)
  3. still haven't gotten around to using the ZZII yet. keep forgetting which car it is, then i remember about half an hour later.
  4. if they have both names on then they may be copies, and not genuine ones.
  5. if you take the boost controller off i think you will find that it will run the correct amount of boost for the wastegate.

  7. but how is it different to someone saying bad things about a hks turbo, or something similar? sure slide sells stuff over the forum, but i don't think that the thread should've been closed. if anything it would've been good to have been able to follow the complete process so that we could've found out what happened, and what was done about the problem.
  8. only r32s series 1 r33's have an ignitor pack on the cover. ther series 2 have it on the coils. mine had a mount for a ignitor pack, but has series 2 coils. i couldn've taken the mount off and just screwed it back onto the rocker cover where it normally sits.
  9. nothing like getting a zap from 240v. i touched the back of a power point by accident a few years back and it felt like all thescles in my finger were tensing then un-tensing really fast. as for the car, so far so good. haven't had a chance to post pics yet as i haven't had the laptop at home.

  15. about the spark plugs? do you mean they are a 6 instead of a 5? if so, thats a good thing.
  16. and it should be at 5psi before that. i'd say you have a split hose of something causeing a boost leak.
  17. to be the first to answer the actual question that was asked, yes. when it hits the limit it is like somone has switched the key off.
  18. i'm doing some mods to my stock s1 grill to make it look different. my grill is chrome (car is white) and i'm going to paint the sides and bottom white, and the top 2 fins black.
  19. looks like a 4 door soarer cross 300zx. just the angle of the a pillars looks like its styled off a 300zx. very nice though.

  22. doesn't look good. did you remove the manifold stud, or is it broken?
  23. get a 3" exhaust for starters.
  24. because that is the size of the exhaust wheel.
  25. bigger turbo, full variable cam timing and more that i can't think of at the moment.
