well considering that it is a tri turbo setup, i'm guessing that the flow through the turbo is still more than adequate as each turbo is only being fed by 2 cylinders.

pretty sure that the low fuel light is operated seperately to the dash gauge. as i said earlier, it generally comes on with around 10L left before empty, so if you have never gotten down to a point where it has taken over 55L to fill then you haven't gotten the tank low enough

A1 is a term used to describe stuff in very good condition. these days though people use it for anything, regardless of condition. the best thing to do is to simply inspect the car and see if you think it is in top condition, or whether it needs a bit of work. never simply take someones word when they say that it is A1

probably cheaper to either get the gearbox fixed (depending on what the problem is), or replace it with another auto box. manual conversion may be cheaper than fixing it if it is stuffed, but will be more expensive than a second hand auto. as for diagnosing the problem, best of taking it to an auto transmission workshop.

yeah trap speed will give an indication of power. if the car has a good speed but poor time then it means either the driver can't get it off the line cleanly (or the car is hard to get off the line cleanly), so things like better tyres, etc, would greatly benefit it.
