  3. well you dont undertand what im saying. i dont care about the manifold thats why i didnt include it. All i want are the dump pipes, front to be wrapped why? The dumpsand front pipes is closer to the firewall in the 260rs and the front pipes runs directtly below that onto the firewall and right before the gearbox starts. Now i dont want the extra heat to be transmitted into the cabin thus the wraps. Wrapping up the front i will take a picture of my original once its off to show why i want it wrapped up. I dpnt care about stone chips ETC. All i care its about heat and in conjunction with the litle protection that the pipe gets from the wraps. Now you see the picture? This is what i learnt from my Rx8 as the heat penetrate to the cabiin and im reducing that as much as possible through wraps i hope
  4. hmm pretty nice and stupid!!! i think i will use the doors as an emergency AIRBRAKESS!!!! or additional downforce for the rear passenger doors!!! rear wheels looks very stupid and look at the innser side of the guards it looks like it had been hacked sawed!! but cool at least we know theres somebody crazy eboguh to do that
  5. are you sure that stock exhaust for the 260rs are good for 300kw? my dump pipe are the ones with the wastegate 3" , front pipe is 3" and its got written on it for "competition use only" and the exhaust is also 3" and the out let is 190mmx90mm. i think i would definetely wrap the front pipe just to protect it from hitting the bumps and scratcehs.

  7. Alex probably most of us here "advertise cars from Japan" because of the uniqueness of it. So probably its like a religion you know. Different from others who their cars which they bought locally doesnt stands out. Low mileage cars are good in a sense but doesnt necessary be good. For an example i have a friend who always buy new cars for his own use but he trash the shit out of it. On time service and everything but personally i wouldnt by his car. The other side of the coin whos like me high milage cars (my lancruiser) almost 200k no visible oil leaks anywhere on the car. Why i took care of it really good. We just have to be carefull and "lucky" i guess not to purchase a bad unit. And im not braggin about myself all my good friends will buy my car when its up for sale. They know that the car has been taken care off even though if its high milage. High milage cars in certain ways are good and bad it depends where the car is. For an example i wouldnt not buy cars that have a high mileage on the speedo why? Cos in city high mileage is worse off than a outstation high mileage cars. Or even a low milage cars in city driving and a high milage outstation cars. Its a bet but most probably outstation cars are by far better in terms of been taken care of ETC. I could be wrong but thats just my opinion. Ohh i might add that one of my uncle got a onld mercs W124 280E Auto. i think its na 88" and its done only 70k. Problems all over why? in city driving. Now that tells you something isnt it. The reason is in city driving constant stop and go (1st ,2nd and 3rd gear and lots of brakings. Compared to outstation cars or highway constant 100kmh and constant rev. Now tell me which car is better off if just comparing the situation they are in stop and go traffic like in city? or a car that travbles on highway most of the time? I hope this helps you
  8. ohh sorry guys all my stuff is made out of SS. I also heard some people said that it might damage the SS in the long run cos when we use the heat wraps its actually keeping the heat in not dipersing out. Shoould i wrap up my dump pipes as well. They are Hkss and made out of SS as well. THanks again guys
  9. Hi guys, im going to fit my whole exhaust system tommorow and i noticed that the front pipe doesnt have the heat shield like the original one. Should i wrap up the front pipe with heat shield wraps or not? Thanks guys

  15. actua;;y theres a couple of magazine that are so called the bible of stageas. Hyperrev mag the stagea edition. Theres 2 of them available. one is the purely WGNC 34 amd the new edtion wich includes WGNC 34 and the M35. One thing though you have to be able to read japanese. Cos its only availavle in Jap ver

  18. Hi Sk, quicl question. I got my car . Took it for an aligment and guess wat? They couldnt match the camber to both side!! They got close but couldnt really match it. Do i need a camber adjuster? Or from your experience why does it not able not match for the camber? When they first checked it (aligment peopel) both sides where way off meaning one was like 1. somethin (passenger side) and the right was like 2.0 something)dricers side. They asked me had the car been into any accidents before and i said dont think so/ What do you think?

  20. just had a confirmation from the Mobil. is the reuired system to use dextron 3 ATF which is a mineral based one. You can use a full synthetics in it. This is only for Mobil products. Sont ask me how i know. Cos im a MOBIL man. haha
  21. ok perhaps only with laundy detergent since its a fabric soaked probably for 1/2day. Chook just to check with you when you install back the filter the clean side is facing right on the vertical . Means facing the driver's side? Let me know
  22. i would suggest you to get the Rs4 S2. Get the manual one and with the Neo engine in it. Dont get the S1 triptronic ones. Parts wise preety much the same as the R33. The rest of it Nissan dealers or theres a few wreckers down your way. But i will let the ex[erts guys in the forum to guide you through. Get a good impotier i sued Jspec and they are good and resonable. Sop aorund though and there might be a few people will suggest othe impotier as well that they have used. Good luck buddy. Dont forget S2 manual Rs4 Neo engine. You would not regret it
  23. allright then will take it off again tommorow and will soak them in washing detergent and nappisan over night and see how i go. in a meanwhile will try to look for an AFM ones if they are evailable.
