Now the quickest way to check whether your head are cracked internally is check the radiotor fluid. If theres oil in it it means its crakes. Check from the oild dipstick will do the job as well. BTW should i get my car detailsed and thoroughly washed by the detailer since its been at the see for 2 mths and sombody saud something they used a corrosice disinfectant to sterilixe the car. Ctuise thats exactly what i mean. but anyway main priority is to get the car out.

Hi SK, nice thread. very informative, Now i ahve recntly bought a 260rs. The car is in compliance at the moment. I suspect that the car has an aftermarktet springs on it(red in color) and std shocks. And its done 70ks on the speedo. If i were to get blisteind a full set will it match to the springs? Or it doesnt matter? How much for the shocks(blisteins) a whole set. Do i need to upgrade the swaybars and put the in thecameber and castor adustor? From your point of view what would be the best set up for the car for street use (fun driving) and probably occasinal track use? Thanks buddy

if you got an inpu of videa and audio it should work though. just have to find the right input in your selector.

that i dont know where the nav is connected to. try to fiddle it if you cant bring it to an autoelec and see how much he will charge you for it and pay cash

good idea mcnamg well to tell you the truth i didnt sign any paper works at all. i was just being told to go drop it off at the compliance and thats it, when i got there i ask them wheter i need to fill out any paperworks?! there said no need and that was it. Ohh well i guess im just so pissed off thats all cant get a straight answer. I guess im already too far in it already and have to go through it and get my car out from there.

even though you got it the kit cheap you still have to drill hole onto the concole which i dont like. Have you seen the holes after the kit is removed? It looks ugly man

me personally i dont like the car kit. waste of money. First of all the kit itself its not cheap (3-500bucks??) +installation. How long are you going to keep the phone for 2yrs? then wat? get a new phone and it doesnt necessary fit your old kit!! Then wat? you get a new one. If you are not going to put an ugly ariel for the extra gain on signal strength dont bother in getting the car ket. Just like everyone else says get a bluetooth spearker phone or a bluet tooh ear peice. Speaker phone are dangerous especially when your GF or wife is in the car with you and one of your buddy calls you and talk about some great chick that you met last night in the pub!!! Then you are toasted!! Get a earpeice. Be sure to get in car charger for it as well for both your mobile phone and your bluetooth . soz my son was playing with me and got distracted. Anyway what i mean is brake fluids are there much difference between DOT 4& 5? I've heard also about if we keep on switching brands when we change the brake fluids it will screw up the seals? Can anybody enlightened me please.

We all(imean everbody in this stagea discussion forum) all agree to meet in one place that we all agree on and we ship pur cars to the specified place and stay there for a few days!! just went and saw my car today at the compliance place today. they told me that its goin to be a delay for about a week for it to be complieed since im the first of its kind that they are doing it. apprently the 260rs brake pads are the same as the 33,34gtrs for the front and i would susprct th rers are the same. they share the same part numbers

if i only got 1 remote and i would add another one. Does that mean i need the way to reprgram it? If not im basically screwd and have to get an entirely new system?
