yea we can do that but the cost of labor in mucking around will offset the costs. My thinking was if during compliance if the pads needs changing (if they are not willing to close one eye on it) then the quickest and cheapest way of doing it is get the AFMS ones and let them fit it. I have asked around and they said that the stageas brembo brakes are the same as the GTRS ones. i think its the 32 or 33s. Not sure when they say GTRS which model though. I didnt ask them that cos normally im a bit brain dead.

i think its just a matter of which brand that you were sold on on advertising nowadays. but to my knowledge Mobil was the first company to developed a synthetics oils Guys correct me if im wrong on this. I have always used Mobil for everything even their fuels.

well twin pipes looks better with the body works that the stageas. it looks more need i suppose. a big 115mm pipe looks macho but it looked a bit out of place like ans ass hanging out of a tight skirt

Ok soz guys i didnt reply to this treat for a week cos im overseas ATM. Me personally have used a few engine treatments. Slicl 50s, duralube and Nulon on different cars. Duralube dunno cos i think they got sued by the Us govt for lying or something. But it works good quiter engine, smooth, dont know about the fuel comsumption drop though. Slick 50s only used the diesel treatment and it good as well. Now I have used Nulon the long term engine treatment one. I think i prefer the slick 50 to it. BTW i comparing it in a diesel engines I have also used toher Nulon products on my landcruiser 100 series and im planing to use it on my stagea when it gets here. Diff and manual treatment (they are the same). I swear to god after i used it on my front and rear diffs and the tranfercase, the engine treament (longterm) and the auto trans treaments. It cuts the cabin noise by half!! I said to myself thats pretty cool.

tough luck on the easy part buddy. took me weeks to understand the terms these guys use. Anyway always go for the bigger size exhaust just in case if next time you would want to power up your car next time.

yea i did take a look found and bought a set of dump (Hks) and front pipe(Hks for competition use) and BeeR cat. The only thing i cant found is the exhaust system specifically for the 260rs. Im estimating i will spend no more than 1.2k for the whole thing. so.. I mean thats the only mod im gonna do now have to wait for about a yr to make my money back on the money spent on getting the car first. Tgeres a guy who approached me by the name of Allen though hes an aussie living in Japan. Hes looking for me an echaust used at least 3.5" piping. I hope i will hear from him soon.

have you tried looking in haoo auctions for you aftermarket parts? kyou will be to find some stuff from there at a pretty good price.

Well Terminal i dont have FAST as a reference. And i dont have the luxury to live in the city im in the middle of nowehre in Toollen. So peoples knowledge from there are very limited. Thats why im asking my questions on the forum.

Hi guys, its will be interesting to know what types of engine oils you guys sued, trans, diffs. And engine additives as well such as Nulon or Slick 50 Now only exhanging ideas and thoughts now WAR against each toher like in some forums. I myself is a Mobil man. Used them since i first drove cars. Diss and trans as well. But i have been hearing Castrol are pretty good now but as far a i know Castrol doesnt make its own oil so.. What is the most popular brand in this forum?

Well i canlled the nissan and the guy i spoke too didnt have a clue what i was talking about probably a noob. As for 1k doesnt put a dent on a 40k car you are wrong. Every dollars count thats why i have been put in the purchasing in the company. 1k here $500 there $200 here ETC it adds up buddy

i think for a set of 4s genuine brembo pads are close to 1k compared to the AFM ones for 500 bucks!!

The reason why i want to know is when during compliance if the pads need replacing due to wear. They might use a genuine pads!!! OMFG!! how stupid any one can confirm this? I ant to use an AFM ones cos the cost less ETC

qik, is really hard to say though. For an e.g. i've seen an autech with a grade3.5 cost 26k landed on oz. i got mine for 32k. Someone said on another thread saying that an autech is going between 30-35k tops. But i have seen a few autech going for close to 40k-50k with mods on such as adjustable suspension, EBC, afm exhaust ETC. Now i wouldnt recommend to get a car thats been mod cos you know that the car was most likely been to races and got hammred by the previous owner. OK guys i know what you guys goin to say. But its true though you think about it. MOST PROBABLY NOT ALWAYS!!. Call me a paranoid. The reason why i got my car was everything was stock std except the oil cap (nismo) pointed out by my younger bro. I made my decision within 24hrs after i first saw the car. For me spending on mods especially on the looks such as new body kits ETC and souns system is the least of my priority. I rather listen to the sound of the engine and the sound of the "fart vavle" (BOV) is more satisfying i think. You just gotts to be wise on your spending as well(personal). Think twice before you get anytihing and save . You will be surprised how much money that you are able to save. Ok enoguh of preaching. Soz about that. How much is your rs 4 worth and your cressida andwatever you got(another car? Total it up pessimistic figure and work from there. -

ERRR!!! good question. I didnt test drove any stageas before i bought the 260rs though. . I assume that having the 260rs and sink in 10k equals super dupre beast!!! The reason why i got the autech is if i want to get 1000hp like those crazy japs i could or easy on the 500hp. My theory is always go for the bigger one if not on when you want to upgrade or anything you cant. As for engine swap, by the time you screw around with it i think its better to sell your 25s and buy an autech ver. Then if you are power freak, you can play it all till 1000hp. Its good to know that i can have that option to upgrade next time . at least thats my opnion
