  4. if you can get away using 1 bushes use it. But if you need 2 bushes then start to shop around for an adjustable ams. Costs will be cheaper than getting 2 bushes and also the labor to install the bushes.
  5. u mean whitelines will fit even for the rears with the S link type? single ended ones? Let me know. thanks
  6. err dont forget the twin clutch nismo for about 2k. Also the suspension to handle the power. POWER is nothing withouth control. A decent suspension kit, shock absober, sway bars , sptings another A$2.5k. and dont forget the high flow cat too i prefer 4" another A$1.5k

  9. LOL!! i ws just getting to carried away Ryan. Since his new i thought that we will teach him the bsd stuff first!! But yea im not sure for an Rb25 but mine is running at 1 bar at the moment with stock turbos.
  10. ok my turn. 1. run a higher boost at a constant value i think its 14 osi you can see on the DIY section for the boost. Then probably its worth while to get the FMIC. 2. Get an exhaust full 3" including the cat and the front pipe. get the front pipe from just jap they got a cheap one with a screamer i think. 3. Pod filter is really useless unless you have an cold air intake if not it will just suck the hot air from the engine bay and you will actually lose power. 4. save to get the GTRS turbo or an SS. Tnagles got a very nice set for the money and wolverine too.
  11. ask wolverine hes got the gtrs turbo in his rig
  12. call nissan or go into a dealer. But i think you have to reprogram a new frequency into the new key thats going to hurt.
  13. yea this will fit but its not expensive. i rather use bendix or something. or any cheaper alternatives.
  14. cant amke it on either days as i have to leave the counrty by 13th of january the sunday before that will be good.
  15. oh ok thats easy enough!! LOL!!
  16. no you dont wnt one. Its too expensive A$1k?!! you can get a lot of more usfull mods with it.
  17. can sombody be kind enough to check bemdix and ferrodo pads for a 260rs. I asked my supllier for EBC green (front) and i have to pay A$ 231!! So i said forget it. Looking for a cheaper alternatives if theres one.
  18. All you need is a low profile jack, a set of spanners, breaker bar, WD40 (handy for tuff nuts), bright lights ohh dont forget the jack stands.
  19. lol at the commodore i hope they didnt burn the damn POS!!
  20. ok thanks duncan. it will save me a lot of trouble. Now just have to think of something to pull the wheels towards the front!! HMM
  21. forward as in towards the front of the car?
  22. dont get it. You mean when the car is on the jack stands the wheel is at the longest stroke and you wedge it up or down?! Thats the trouble i had. to ake ot off and on i have to take the lower control arm off which is a bitch to do. It will be real easy if lower control arm doesnt need to be taken off. yudy
  23. Hi guys my rig is a 260rs which is basically an r33gtr. when for a short cruise last nite in aurthers seat in the peninsula last night and its got a few very nice twisties going up hill. I noticed when doing the tisties especially in the U turns the rear ends seems to hop a little bit. What can cause this? Suspension mods are listed in the signature below. Rear camber is at -0.5. Thanks guys.
  24. the question you need to ask yourself is, are you willing to sacrifice a little bit of comfort for performance? It will be cheaper to get a twin plate cos it comes with a light flywheel and it will take the hammering. JB clutch is good (good feedback) abd NPC clutches. Now the thing is you have to take a look at the long temr costs of running and operation costs. JB wants A$800 for a single plate clutch rebuilt with a swap ove compared to NPC for under A$400. Now which one do you choose? I did look into the clutch too. As im making 236.5kw@wheels. And the stage is a heavy car and i cant launch the car with the existing factory clutch. So i was looking at upgrading and took a look at JB and later i foind NPC which i think its a much cheaper option. BUT as im planning to make the car into the 320kw@wheels i started to dount the clutches (sinlge plate). So now i when out and buy the nismo twin plate ones. I havent received it yet but im confident that ie will be ok for a daily driven car. Just need pratising. Like i said before you can have comfort and performance. But if you are into performance go for the tinw plate. It will work out cheaper. 2c worth Yudy
