i checked by seeing if the clamps are tight on the rubber hosing and if there is any tears, could the AFM needing a clean contribute to the problem im having?

Hi, i was wondering if any of you guys can help on this problem im having with my R33. a few days ago i was at the traffic lights in neutral when i noticed my revs were playing up, it would drop to 500-550 feeling like it might also stall, i would hit the accelerator and it will go back to normal again after, it kept on re-occuring. I also noticed later my boost was 5psi down from 10psi when i hit top boost. do i have a leak from my cooler pipes because i checked and i couldnt find any leaks. any help will be much appreciated.
