  1. Just wondering if anyone has done it on an rb20, or even an rb25? Seems to be quite popular on the rb30et's with the r31/vl guys, and i can see the appeal as it gives a very small tract form turbo to filter (pod usually), and most claim that it reduces the inlet pressure drop in front of the turbo. Plus u get a huge flutter on the rb30's, with fmic and no BOV, so would this be the same with a rb20/25 with fmic + blocked off BOV?? Please, no theories, just those that have done it, or seen it done....cheers
  2. Straight from the damn, pure as can be :looney:
  3. Nah morgs, i dont race, i just hunt around on internet forums all day, waiting for arguments, cause u know what the say........."arguing on the internet is like running in the parolympics, even if u win, ur still retarded." Peace all

  9. There's guys cruising around in the land of the rising sun running 9's with the trust box! I suppose u just gotta be smart about the way u use it, they're tuff, like all the box's listed, but treat any with maximum aggresion and you'll be towing ur ride home, crying....

  11. Big thumbs up guys, was just about to start a thread on this very topic. Very rare to see non-type m r32's here in Aus tho, am i right?
  12. Hey Munna, just read ur sig, nice 33. Just wondering, u either have a REALLY happy dyno, or one freakish rb25!! (If thats all the mods u have i mean, meaning std turbz).
  13. Rb 20 turz 4 sure...
  14. ****, i LOVE it!!!
  15. Hard to say how 'muck' power it'll make, hehe, but seriously, the red tops have quite a small turbo, and it's not espacially strong due to the ceramic turbine wheel. Safest level, if u want to keep it fairly reliable would be around 8psi, probably giving u around 110-120 rwkw, that is if ur top mount is getting some good airflow. Bov wont do shit 4 power, just prevent comp. surge, but the pods a good move, again, if u can get some good cool airflow going to it.
  16. Fatz, are u welding up the internal w.gate and using an external?
  17. Am i too late, is it sold? Just curious on km's, body cond., interior cond. etc
  18. Just wondered from the r31skylineclub over here for some advice/information off u guys. As u prob noticed, i own a r31 GTS coupe, but recently dropped an RB25DET in it and was just wondering what sort of power figures i should expect on the dyno with following mods: -Stock rb25 motor/turbo, with... -Large fmic -3" exaust -pod filter+cold air setup -Link 'plus' computer -Malpassi fuel regulater -i think secondary fuel pump? Im aiming 2 use 12psi as high, and 8-9psi (stock) as low, as i know these turbz are pretty weak if boost presh too high.
