  1. Their site is pretty pathetic and you can certainly buy cheaper from elsewhere.
  2. Obviously he's full of shit
  3. Hi I can post to UK no problems as long as you cover for the postage. cheers
  4. R34 GT-R for 800,000 FOB?? You mean R33 right.
  5. I have a venue sourced but we need more numbers. Anyone else interested?
  6. Ahh yes mine is the Sonic Power kit which does cost more than the Sus Power pod.
  7. A car is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for. If he's willing to pay $35,500, then that's how much it's worth to him. If he offers more, then it's good for you and not good for him. I dont know how much your car is really worth if he didnt make you that offer, but if it's 100% original with low kms, no accidents, and is as good as you say, then it's worth more than your average R33 which are in the $20k's. Some guy came up to me 2 months ago and said he was looking for a GT-R in exactly the same colour as mine. With only 185 being made in MP III, I told him yes it's not easy to find in that colour and you would have to import one yourself as mine was not for sale. But if someone offered me, say 20k above the price I paid for it, I would seriously consider selling to get a later model R34.
  8. Also I cant see why you cant import them up to March 2009 as Oz Nissan officially launched them on the 1st of April.
  9. The answer is that not many workshops have the rights to import R35's. Only 2 I know of in Sydney are IMG and Powerplay Imports. Envy did have something in the making but it didnt eventuate.
  10. Hey no problemo Johnny At the end of the day, the oem diffuser is still a magic piece of artwork, whether it's 100% or 50% c/f, doesnt really matter does it
  11. Unfortunately it's not for sale sry Terry. But I have some good news for you. Will pm you.
  12. I do part time detailing as my 2nd job and have done heaps of headlights on my mates car yard. I have only failed once on the headlights and that was due to the fact the headlights were oxidised on the inside so the only way to polish it was to crack open the lens. If there's enough interest I can do everyones headlights on a weekend, but we need to find a suitable venue with a power outlet and enough space for parking cars. Also i can advise what products to use to prevent oxidising again with several sealant products. Normally I charge about 50 bucks but if there's enough interest, i'll do it for half price. If I cant fix it, wont cost anything.
  13. Here it is with the model no. as well. I didnt notice before but it's got a separator plate as well.
  14. Some more pics. My iPhone cant take macro shots so I apologise for the crappy pics, but at least you can see the alloy honeycomb sandwiched between the carbon layers.
  15. For all those who didnt believe me that a rear factory R34 diffsuer is not made out of 100% dry carbon weave, here's the proof. Upon closer inspection the unknown inner material is made out of some aluminium constructed in a honeycomb pattern. I think this gives the entire diffuser its strength while keeping it lightweight.
  16. Yes that's right, it's only the pod and adaptor plate. I wish it came out in a full kit with some form of aluminium piping. I can take a pic for ya no probs. Just gimmie a few hours.
  17. I've got a Blitz SUS Power Kit but havent put it in yet. It's still new in the box and I might be selling it as the car "might" be going. From past experience, I've had no issues with the SUS Power filter. I used this on a 350Z and going on the track a few times (and going off into the dirt), the filter has worked pretty well and found no issues with any dirt going beyond the filter itself. What I did notice was dirty it was in a short period of time so had to clean it by blowing compressed air from the inside out.
  18. I know nothing techno-wise but i've tired staggered wheels with same rolling diameter on the GTR and the system went bezerk. It would put torque on the front wheels when not needed and the car felt like it's tramlining. I also observed the torque split meter and it was going haywire.
  19. If you think that R34's are high, look at the S15's in comparison. 10 years old now and they still command more than 50% or their original value. Now that's a car worth keeping if you dont like Commodore-type depreciations. Like the RB26. that SR20DET in S15's are the last of it's kind. Add to that they're one of the most popular drift cars in Japan and you will see that prices will stay up there along with R34 GT-R's. On a different perspective, these cars were not built on limited numbers (besides your Nur's, N1's and Nismo based variants). There's still a lot of them around and I have no doubt that prices will fall over time. How low will it go, who knows. There's so many factors that will determine their value in the future. The R35 will surely be a detrimental factor in end price of an R34 GT-R, especially that this new model are sold on a global scale and will surely eclipse the volume production of their predecessor.
  20. Hmm last time I saw your Facebook status, it said "Will F&ck for Anything".
  21. I've just taken this off my own car, it's got a standard tune with only a full exhaust as a mod but I suggest to retune it anyway. $750, no hand controller.
  22. So are we having a mini meet at "F&cuk for Parts" guy this weekend?
  23. I think it's pretty stupid of Livo not to take up on a group buy. And wtf does flooding the market have to do with anything. Pathetic I say. There's 1 bolt that's a real PITA to get to on the dump pipe. It's right at the top and you can only get to it from underneath.
  24. You can measure the boost anywhere from hotpipe to end tanks, to pipe going into the throttle body, they should be all the same. Even when using a Chinese made cooler, there's little pressure drop across the path.
