I agree that tuning may not be the issue to solve fuel consumption. I've just settled on the fact that it's how it is. But i'd be very interested to know how the VQ35DE would go in a Stag. If it's like my old 305Z, then fuel economy might be improved. But there's so many factors to consider though, like gearing, obviously the weight of the car.

And you will tend to find the ppl who are keeping their M35's dont need to advertise to the world of how good the car is. There's plenty of members here who have M35's. Just look at that thread where we are all going to meetup.

Ive got the Bilsteins shocks with Ebach springs and havent had any issues with scraping anywhere so far. They are a must upgrade for any ARX models as their stock handling is horrible. Or another thing you can also do is get swaybars.

I honestly doubt they would make 2 differnt types of diffusers for our cars, Especially the fact this was an N1 car. If they did make 2 types, I would have thought they would put a 100% cf one on an N1. And also, how would you know yours is 100% cf when you cant see right through it?

The answer is, yes AND no. I saw a genuine disintegrated rear CF diffuser off a 2002 V Spec II N1 (yes that's right, a real N1) and guess what, it's made out of a thick layer of dry carbon fibre on the outside, and some tye of alloy in the centre. Im guessing it's probably aluminium anyway as the diffuser is quite light. So there you go. I thought they were supposed to be 100% dry carbon fibre but the fact is, they're not. I will take a pic next time i see that car.

Dont forget there's 2 types of Nismo clutch kits for an R34 GTR, (well there's actaully more but have been discontinued) 1. Nismo G-Max Twin 2. Nismo Super Coppermix Twin 2nd one has higher HP rating, bigger clutch plates and another thing I cant remember atm.

You do need to change the stock flywheel, they are not compatible. But the good thing is the Nismo clutch includes a lightened flywheel already. It's also a straight up bolt on and a pull-type clutch, unlike a lot of other aftermarket clutches these days which are push-type (hope I got that right) so you need to buy all these f**king extra bits to make it pull-type, if you can understand that lol.

Ive got a Nismo Super Coppermix Twin with a Nismo slave cylinder which makes the pedal feel exactly like stock. It rides like a stock clutch but when you want to launch hard, it just grabs like a mofo. And having a lightened flywheel makes your revs pickup and drop faster.

I've seen a yellow GT-R with VSPEC2 number plates before but not sure if it's a real deal V Spec II.
