the intercooler, will it fit an r33 s2?

hey guys, i was wondering if anybody knows what this is? it says "Pivot ACS-M Air flow conditioner", i googled around and found that it was to change air/flow ratios similar to a SAFC... the dial has -6% to +6% settings but i don't know what it signifies or means.. i was wondering if its safe to be messing around with this thing? or if i can just remove it from my car and reset my ECU to return it back to normal factory settings?

hey guys, i was thinking of changing my rims colour. i currently have Yokohama AVS model 6's in 17" in white on a white car... similar to this car (but a r33): I was thinking of changing the rim colour to silver, dark silver or chrome but im not sure if this will suit the car. Silver Dark Silver Chrome also wondering how much changing the colour will set me back and if anyone knows a good place in Melb? Cheers

My car currently has a green HKS mushroom pod but i also have a spare Apexi pod sitting in the garage. I was also thinking on swapping the HKS one but autosalon mag did a test on air filters and it seems the Apexi ones are also below average. this is what happens with mine: If i unlock the car and dont open the doors: the doors dont re-lock the guy that installed it said it was because my cabin light comes ON when i unlock the car so the alarm thinks the door is open and thats why the alarm wont relock the doors, he wants some more $$ to come out and fix the range and autorelock

does your cabin light turn on when you unlock the car with the remote? or does it turn on when you open the door? also wat kinda range u get with the remotes?

if i unlock and dont open the doors.. it doesnt relock, just arms the immobolizer after 30secs

hey guys, recently got my alarm installed from doug @ eastside installs but if i unlock the car, and i dont start the car within 30secs the engine re-immobolises but the doors dont auto re-lock! why? Doug said it was to do with the interior light coming on or somcrap and R33's didnt auto re-lock, sounded like bs - did he install it properly? also the range is pretty short, about 5meters... he said this was the normal range for this type of alarm? anyone confirm

hey guys, thanks for the replies. turned out i did need a door actuator .. had a spare one lying around in the garage so i didn't have to fork out $$ for it got a mongoose m80g installed i was wondering if this is meant to happen: If the system is disarmed and if no doors are opened, the alarm re-arms but the doors arent re-locked?? can i turn it on so the doors are locked? my installer said something about my inside light coming on so it wont auto relock itself? also noticed the range on the remotes is pretty small... (haven't tried direct line of sight) but with my old cars alarm (crappy one) i used to be able to arm it from within my house/room.. now i cant with this mongoose one which is a shame because i thought this was a top of the range alarm.

hey guys, going to get my alarm installed soon but the shop told me i need to get another part for the door to autolock when i engage the alarm (door actuator ??) My car doesn't have an alarm atm (opened with the key). When i lock the door from the driver side, it locks the passenger side aswell.. When i bought my car the guy said it has 'central locking' so do i need this part or are they playing tricks on me?

so it seems the kaki regu 06 is the better choice over the trust pe2 (im guessing both of these exhausts are stainless steal?) ? i was wondering if someone could also answer this question: atm i have a HKS hi-power catback, unknown cat, unknown 3" frontpipe... what dB would this roughly be rated at? how much would the kaki reduce the sound by (db) ? just so i can get a comparison to see if its worth getting the kaki or trust or just staying with the HKS if its not going to change things much

anyone know the answer to this? im also deciding between the kakimoto regu and trust power extreme II ?? heard both are quiet, what about restriction wise?

i had a non turbo R33 then upgraded to a Turbo R33 once off my P's... the non-turbo did its job but don't expect the non-turbo r33 to be quick
