  4. hi mate search for this bloke DjeMz and then send him a PM and ask him if he can get you a universal intercooler piping kit to suit an r32. the kit will come with all then nessasary nuts and bolts hose clamps and silicon joiners to do a neat job of it. it is by far the cheapest and easiest way to go. i went down this road over a year ago and i have since done this twice on r32s. there is a slight bit of modifing to do with the cooler pipes to make them reach into the GTR core but you should have enough stuff to do it. if you are located in launcestion i am more than happy to come and help with the fit up. it will also be 2.5" pipe and the GTR end tanks are 3" but the kit also comes with 2.5" to 3" reducer bits. like i said easiest and cheapes way. damo

Item: R32 GTR rods and pistons Age: Not sure but came out of R32 GTR Condition: good Price: $300 ono To Fit: (What car) best bet is a rb25 Location: tasmania but am willing to ship Contact: me via PM Comments: i got these rods and pistons to go in a rb25 motor i was going to biuld up on the side. still have rb25 motor in pices and no need for any of it any more. i was told whn i brought these that simply rebiulding the 25 with GTR rods and pistons would let it handel 300rwkw day in day out. it was going to be a race engine. it is quite easy to see the difference when putting the GTR rods next to the 25 rods.
  7. i recently brought a full r32 viva garage kit from a friend for $200. i will be throwing the sideskirts away as they are so bull shit its not funny. rear bar was the best fitting after i cut and shut it heaps and the front bar needed a fir bit of time aswell. well the front bar was almost straight. had to fold the sides in heaps. pretty crap realy. worse for the bloke i brought it off as it cost him $1200 and sat in his shed for 12 months. sorry to hijack just thought i would emphasise that fact
  8. hi all im after a few different bits to try and help improve my car. first off i am after a RB25 standard turbo, R33 or Neo, in good condision. look at anything that doesnt have stuffed seals. would also consider cheapish t3 style bolt on turbo. i also want a r32 type M front bar. has to be factory (i dont think they made fibreglass coppies anyway) in almost any condision solong as it still fits. i also have a brand new fibreglass coppy bar that i am willing to swap or sell pending type M bar. thanks damo

  11. well na it doesnt help. its going in a track only car so no need for everything to be working 100% factory. its a fair bit of stuffing around to make or rare and expensive to adapt an r32 speedo to work on a r33 g box. i will more than likely make a custom dash up anyway. i also dont realy need a speedo but when everyone asks you what sort of entry speeds you are doing it gets frustrating. i have also had a bit of thinking time to day on the matter and think i may go for a blue face anyway as aparently they can data log g forces and stuf. thanks anyway.
  12. hi all id realy like to get another apexi RSM so i can actualy tell what speed i am going. RB25 box in r32. i had a black face one in my old one and i find the black face suits the style of the car better. not overly keen on buying a new version. if you have one and would be willing to upgrade or know of someone with one that may want to off load it please let me know. thanks damien

  18. hey thanks for the very helpfull info. i did have a look on the tyres and more website then i put the adresses into the white pages and used there maps to try and work it out but yes google maps would have been best. i am looking into a set of rims a sau member has for sale. i am in tassy and to help him out i am trying to do the research for him as once they are delivered to tyres and more i can sort it from there. thanks very very much for the info it is a grate help. damo

  23. did you happen to change engine biulders half way through the 25/30 biuld project.
  24. just to clear up the above. Pro automotive has a dyno and can tune power FCs and andrew is very good at tuning and biulding RB engines. just ask about his VL turbo. nick summers has moved away so he doesnt do them any more and tas mibile mechanics are just mechanics no tuning as far as i know but they have been doing a lot of work on some of tassys best drift cars. SR and RB motors. i belive there is 3 dynos in hobart. Pro automotive, Jadamzik (but i am unsure of there tuning capabilitys) and proformanace autos but i think it is for inhouse stuff only. launcestion has 1 being boost automotive and i think there is one on the NW coast. Pro automotive, tas mobile mechanics and definatly rons automotive have experiance with rb25/30 hybrids. not sure about boost thoe. most auto shops have motul, repco autobarn and some of the launni workshops have it in stock to. i think most people just run nissan genuine oil filters. you can get them from motors launcestion and i think hobart to. they cost less than $10.
  25. any idea what these would flow like? and have you made it to suit a larger throttle body or just the standard one? i have at least one spare plenum assembly if you need one at some stage. what sort of price would somthing like this be worth? feal free to pm me. any reason you didnt try to coppy the plazma man plenums? thanks damo
