hi mate welcome to skyline ownership. i hope you have manny good times with your car. yes insurance is a must and an alarm and imobiliser is also good but i can not stress enough that 99% of imobilisers are instaled incorectly. ie they are just way to simple to get past in the first place. i know this as every one i have bypassed at work has been very simple and mounted in the same place every time and it litery takes me 5 mins tops to bypass them and if i wasnt fussed about pulling the interior apart properly than it would be less. basicly dont ge it installed by autobarn of a place that just does alarms as they are done to a price so they install them quick and easy which makes getting past them quick and easy. take it to a decent auto elec (big company) and tell them that you want it wired in to cut off things like the fuel pump and ignition coils and not tapped into the ignition barrel like the 99% of others which usualy only isolate the startor motor which can be easy bypassed without going past the immobiliser. just some food for thought. damo

another one to watch is car 711 of luck and johnstone. comming 19th in classic outright they are piloting an r32 gtst. its there 4th targa in this car and its taken a few years of R&D to get it right but this rear its pretty well on song.

yep do some research on the injectors + power fc match up and it should be sweet. i may also be able to help with the tuning side of things to.

hwy mate. what i gave you was just a key board estimate so please dont be put off. factors such as actual condition will make a difference and i find personly just put a high price on it and be prepared to negotiate.

well like i said before i haven been folowing the r33 prices but realistcly in todays buying and selling world i think you would wnat to think around 13G. that may seem low but its a 95 so 12 years old and its basicly standard. not that there is anything wrong with having a standard one just onec you get up to 15g at the moment you can find some realy good r33s with turbo and suspension upgrades. if it was mine pull the sub and amps and the few things off the engine and sell it as stock.

i think by rights you should be looking at more a 20g mark. i havent been looking at r33 myself but for example todays paper has 2 r33s in it for 16g mark as fairly stock items. 20 may sound a bit steep but it has haltech hks and other good stuff wich would add up fast plus a engine rebiuld. but in saying that its only worth what someone will pay. another good example is a bloke that has just moved down to tas. he had highly modified r33 (all bolt on stuff) and it wouldnt sell for around the 18 mark. so he pulled everything off and put it back to stock and sold the turbo kit including computer and other misc stuf and now plans to sell the car stock. just my 2 cents

rims are usulay around the $25 pre wheel to post aus wide. so around the $100 seems to be the norm for a set anywhere in aus.

hi all. i am helping on a project and i am after some stock R32 GTR parts. Not interested at all in aftermarket stuf just stock. may also be able to trade for modified parts. a small list for now is. Drivers seat. Stock air box Genuine GTR front bar and/or lower lip. in good condition. Full set of GTR Rims in good condition. Stock intercooler. Stock cooler piping. Stock 3 gauges in centre console. may swap for 3 gauges 2 original and one mines boost gauge. i think. some things are soccondary items and are not needed yet but the smaller items are wanted asap and have cash waiting. as parts become avalible i will let you all know. thanks damo

oh and to update for my car. i have dropped off my re-designed cooler piping to a profered workshop to be welded up wich should save on lost time with blown cooler piping again. i am very happy with the new setup. hi compression turbo for the win. while it lasts anyway.

i reccon that incar footage looks realy good for youtube. i think i will have to get one soon.

just been on the phone and Kerry Luck came 2nd outright for targa B and wone the 10 lapper. seems the little bit of fine tuning over the off season has helped. i was also told poor mr brigs poped a motor? very bad luck after all the work he has done in the off season. update for myself was i qualified 9th out of 16 drift drivers after a spin on one qualifing lap. i was very happy as the field was half mainland drivers and and 90% of the other drivers have had plenty of experiance. i learnt very quickly the quality of tyres as i spun on my first battel ever because of super slipery tyres. over all was a top weekend for me.

Madas R33 = ill send you a pm asap with a number and guesty = na they need Greddy sener units. thats why they are cheap. i brought them and payed top dollar as i was told they had senders only to find they didnt and one was totaly stuffed. (i had 3) you can take them if you think you can sort them out.

i got one faxed through mid week and my licence turned up friday anyway. best to be on the safe side thoe. i would be going to this for sure if DA haddent decided to hold its first round at symmons. aparently they are still very short on officals. having two 2 day events on at both race tracks on the one weekend is crazy.

i am drifting all day tomorrow so sorry i will be unavalble. i also am lacking time to get all the stuff out ready. i am also bissy next weekend all weekend with drift australia but if you tell me what you want ill try and get it ready to go for someetime soon. thanks damo

i need a replacement turbo or someone who can get and reseal my turbo before next weekend. the amount of oil that is going through the engine is causing tuning problems and we have had to back the car off for this weekend. id realy like to have somthing elce on it by mid week to alow tuning time. if you know of anything please let me know. im not in a position nor do i need to go bigger so a rb25 turbo will be tops. please call me on 0400563199. thanks damo

car tuned again tonight. found the turbo had a leaking oil seal. oil through out the coolerpiping and intercooler. yay. blows smoke like thomas the tank engine. still going to run this weekends drift day but we left the 5psi boost it had. i need to sort it by next weekend thoe for drift australia. rb25de+t is an orsome combo. very pleased i did it.

rb25de coil pack cover in good nic. $50 rear jap style muffler 3" $20 2 Greddy gauges without sender units. oil temp oil psi. $60 the lot. s13 6 bolt diff plus half shafts $100 the lot. i played with this yesterday and it seems like it is an LSD. i dont know thoe. just weld it up. omori boost gauge. only reads boost not vacume. with all nessasary wiring and sensors. $40 r32 4 door stock wings. $20 genuine R32 GTR front reo bar. still has part sticker on it. black. $80 stock r32 shocks and springs. free r32 2 door side skirts made to suit 4 door r32 80% complete. $50 stock r32 steering rack. $50 r32 4 door rear reo $40 r32 front cross member $80 R32 stock castor barackets R32 stock castor rods in good nick. R32 castor rods with aftermarket nylon bush. look pretty good. one castor rod is broken so take them and get the bush swapped into your stockies. RB20 standard flywheel. stock r32 swaybars all parts have to go. they will be thrown out or taken for scrap steel after next weekend. so bits have been removed due to sale over the last few weeks. all parts locted in launcestion tas. please contact me via pm.
