R32 Gtr Nismo '93 Model For Sale- Sold Pending Payment
madr32 replied to madr32's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
Yep, thanks for the questions guys. I'm going to get some details to confirm the N1 block, that is what I was told it has and so far I've had to use parts and servicing that only fit N1 engines so that's a seems to be consistent as well. As for the comments "Nismo special editions only have blah blah blah.... ad infinitem"- HOWEVER there were numerous different R32 GTR ranging from standard GTR, to VSpec1, Vspec2, Nismo RS, Nismo N1 Vspec1, Nismo N1 Vspec2..... and trust me the list goes much further, special editions developed from 1989-dec 1993 by Nissan in conjunction with Nismo and Impul and a host of other companies with features and editions. An person ignorant to GTR development history says that a certain GTR can only have "blah blah blah..." In the years 1989-1993 (This can be confirmed by a recent import magazine in Australia) there were 560 different R32 Nissan GTR Skyline vehicles that were Nismo special editions of varying types, ranging from turbo and exhaust moded to full house Nismo and Nismo RS etc. many of which were sold to development companies who wanted to explore the limits of GTR and some were kept in prestine condition by private owners who had a great deal of pride and respect for the vehicle that put Nissan and Japan on the internation R & D engineering map, much the same as the 2009 GTR has and will continue to. For buyers wanting a unique, well kept, unmolested, much loved and lovable special GTR- feel free to call or pm Cheers andy -

I travelled Australia to find this Vehicle, if you're after a fast, reliable, original GTR look no further than this. Previously owned as a display car and did 10,000km's only over a 4 year period. Stock to look at but did a run at Willowbank and reeled off 12.6 on streat tyres fully loaded with Pump Fuel and only a 2.1sec 60ft then after one run went and watched the rest of the event. So the potential is obvious, this is a special fast orginal car $26,900ono within reason Andy 0412096600 Images: http://img407.imageshack.us/my.php?image=30072007016lg0.jpg http://img410.imageshack.us/my.php?image=30072007012gr1.jpg http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=30072007014jn1.jpg http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=30072007015eu3.jpg MORE PICS TO COME SOON

Bias or otherwise, the law is going slam you these days for doing any kind of wheel spin. My bro got caught, went Option 1 (kop it on the chin) paid his $500- walked away with his car and his license- he's been smart enough not to reoffend and now we take our cars out to Willowbank and smoke the LIVING TURD out of the tyres all night long. Legally drift the FLOGIN CRAPPER OUT of them and come home with big grins on the face and are still $350- better off to spend on more bling/pwr... etc. HOWEVER- if I was a policewoman like that bloke I'd crak it and if you were driving a commodore I say "I'm NOT TOWING THAT PIECE OF POO!!! Sod off and pay up" but let all the decent young skyline drivers off with a warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehe

Hey Jyo, I saw you on the drive back in your car, I was in the Maroon gtr with stockers etc. and my bro behind me in the black r33 gtst. Was a good night, hard to get traction to begin. Did you see that Blue R33 gtr? had mad big horsepower but he had heaps bigger probs gettin it off the line- total wheel spin! Nice sound and gr8 burnouts though. Best we could get out of the R33 was 13.2 pretty stock though so happy with that, and best outa my gtr was 12.6 which is also very stock except for pods and exhaust good fun, all the best

Also, one to add to the list- Got some work done at PREDATOR MOTORSPORT and Matt Simpson and the boys did a good job, no probs what so ever and I'm really happy with their work
-
Had work done at Mercury MSport, very good job and gave me a good price. The car was much better for the work and tuning, very good job and I here they got 4 wheel dyno now too. So Mercury

sweet car widebody, I love my gtr. would you say the gt-ss turbo's are maxed at the 300awkw mark or do they still have a bit in them? also, my ignorance- but where's the GTAUTO workshop?

Yeah, that MT GRAVATT car wash is great! The owner/manager howard is a top bloke, very honest. I thought we'd stuffed something with some water, he went to endless lengths to fix it and in the end it wasn't his fault- he laughed and each time I've gone back he's still be awsome. Great workers, careful, consistent and good people. Few of the guys have skylines! BY THE WAY- if you're a SAU person they'll give you 10% off- good support for the skylines! Couldn't recommend the experience of a car wash and complete vac for my $30 and a coffe to boot!!!

Try "Hi Octane" for a cheaper buy price on royal purple. They've been advertising a lower price than autobarn. I got my last 5litres for $75 and that sheet (power and oil pressure) seems true on the road- I noticed a difference over Motul with more power and oil pressure and temp stability out of the royal purple PS. REDLINE on the list is the same Royal Purple 10/40 I believe

I know mick and I know he doesn't have room for a dyno, I also know the name and location of TuneAutomotive, and I know he's made some mistakes in tuning the car I took there. That's why I will mention it to other fellow skyline/import owners, cause that's fact! You may be mates with mick and that's cool, cause he's a nice guy and he is. I don't have a inter-personal beef with him, but as I said I have had a bad experience with his tuning work that cost both money and mechanical parts and I can't support his work due to that history. I don't want to trash anyone, but I wont support poor tuning or unjustified comments. Good luck ben, hope it all works out well for you- go skylines, great cars. Hope your S14 goes hard, fast and long showbag and that you proove me wrong on the "tuning" cause I'm willing to give people a fair go, but when someone stuff's something and won't admit to it- well that's for the general SAU to decide how they feel. Thanks to the guys (mrgilly, pear) for your support.
-
My flat mates a police officer and he shares some news every now and then, there's always bad stuff going down around sunnybank, gcity etc. Lock up, be safe, support other skyliner dudes, club lock everthing... take measures If we stay vigilant as a skyline/import community we can support each other for safety and for anti-theft etc. PS> Thanks for the heads up MR-Toy33 and all

bad experience with Tuneauto bad, that's my opinion. mick is a nice enough guy, but it should be called- pipework automotive or something. because tuning is not there specialty! yes they do cheap work, and yes there is a reason experience costs. This may not make me popular- but I wan't to be a help to our SAU bro's and sisters cause I love skylines and I love the scene. So I must say what I know from experience, because mick can build and can fabricate- but there's no dyno and no tuning skills to boot at "tune?automotive" feel free to pm, I'm not trying to trash anyone- its just history and fact (no dyno, no tuning, but fabricating etc. might be ok)

yep, penrite has had some good history on its side. A few racing cars and been making oil for donkey's years etc.... Tried motul and switched, I've been using the royal purple and really happy with that. Great oil temp and pressure stability, good friction resistant and seems to come upto pressure quicker (than the motul i was using prior). On the skyline I think the royal purple has the history and the creds- especially with hi end gtr's etc. A lot of top jap workshops have used the royal in the past. That's my pref, for what its worth...
-
yep- where's the yard? general, cause some poor dude will get stung. Unless the dealer is given a chance to explain and gives a real, evidenced, proof of history- otherwise all should be encouraged to avoid the joint
