  1. Or go onto Farkin or inside line and get something second hand.
  2. Put me down as interested. I would be 100% definate but it would depend on the date.
  3. If U need another I'd be keen. If you need more I'm sure I could convince a few other iR owners as well.
  4. Looks good, I can't see my car being suitable in time. But I'd be thinking about attending for a look.
  5. try smart aluminium in wingfield. (They have a website as well, with a catalogue)
  6. Got the car tinted yesterday, looks nice. An issue with my rear window but very happy with their service and resolution.

Really, what would be the difference?? My preference and money is on the RE001 Adrenalin's (but I'm bias'd ). I also liked the Federal 595's for good value for money, I currently have them on all fours in 205/40R17s and they set me back around $165each, good pattern, good feel in wet and dry and reasonable stiffness in the sw.
  8. Are you able to comment on what happened? I couldn't see any other damaged vehicles
  9. On the way home I passed a white R32 with its front caved in on south rd, the 2 Lanes of traffic by the smoke mart on South Road, where blocked with traffic being diverted. It looked nasty so I hope this was no one from here, if it was I hope you escape with no or minor injuries.
  10. Should also mention that they are only Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm I'm booked in for thursday next week. Hoepfully I see some of you there. Regarding, removing cleaning windows, I prefer metho. It will remove the glue but won't leave a residue to clean up afterwards.
  11. Talking to a few people I hear regency have installed their emissions tester (though I would prefer external confirmation on this). If this is the case potentially boost controllers and non standard turbos could be considered legal if you could pass the emissions test.
  12. To Bump this along. Steve, any updates??
  13. Reason I asked is that a few iR owners have reported a requirements by tinters to remove the 3rd Eye light before tinting. I've had to refit mine and its left a nice gluey residue that might affect the tint or consume additional time in preparation. 7 ppl remaining to pay It would be nice to get it done next week since I have to do a few kms on the weekend.
  14. Steve, do you know if we are supposed to clean the windows ourselves before the tint is put on. IF so what do they recommend. Also, 3rd eye brake lights are they to be removed from the rear window before tinting. How is it looking getting the dosh from the remaining ppl to get this rolling? I;m starting to dream of tinted windows atm. Which doesn't seem normal at the best of times.
  15. Sweet, 10 down and 10 to go.

  17. So once everyone has paid how do we go about organising the 'tint day'. Will we have to ring up and book in individually or will it be a SAU'r day at the tinters where we all arrive together.
  18. Well I hope other people have paid. Steve, can you update the first post as confirmation of recieved payment (obv. when you recieve our payments ).
  19. Madaz, Put me down but I have a RNN14 so the only question would be, would this affect the price due to window surface area??
  20. Good to hear, just wondering where was it left in mile-end if you don't mind me asking.
  21. ABS centres in Adelaide will do braided lines ADR approved. They might have the skyline brake/clutch lines on file, otherwise you need to bring in a sample (I had to do this on my RNN14). ADR approved and they come with a tab specifying ADR approval at each end just in case anyone queries
  22. A few points to consider, - if it is reply to an advert answer all points written in the ad - Try to set yourself apart from the rest, generally if you are applying you have the skills they are looking for, but show what you will bring with these skills. Typical layout would be something like Intro Para - I wish to apply for this job ________. I am ________ 2nd Paragraph - discuss how you meet the key criteria that they require 3rd paragraph - Other points Final - Thanks I'm Keen, please contact me on _____ and if you have any questions. Regards, ____

The legislation concerning ignition is in section 25 of the ADR's if I remember correctly. Basically states, the engine is not permitted to be running with the key out of the ignition. Therefore this makes both remote start and turbo timers illegal.
  24. Madaz, It will not be limited to SAU and PGA looking at the PGA forums with a few from the other car forums turning up. So far it looks like there is going to be a big turn out.
  25. I had to do this a while ago for the pulsar, and you will not get a wrecker in Adelaide that will sell you 2nd hand seat belts. Options are buy it from nissan, or go to Wiltshires (on south Rd - I think correct spelling) to get them to replace or repair your belts. There are a few other places around town, 1 north enfield way, that will do the same however I do not know there names.
