Up for sale is my 1996 R33 Nissan Skyline series 2 M-Spec. I was the first owner of this car since it was imported from japan in stock condition. I have own it for several years so i know its been treated well and all the modifications have been done properly and with quality parts. The car has been tuned at CV Performance and put out 270kw at the wheels. Mods include: Garrett GT3040R (600 horsepower turbo) Apexi Power FC Turbosmart EBoost electronic boost controller Apexi turbo timer Nismo 555cc injectors Front mount intercooler Custom plenum 80mm throttle body Z32 airflow meter 500hp Walbro fuel pump Malpassi rising rate fuel presure regulator SplitFire coil packs Apexi pod filter (with cold air intake) Full 3" exhaust with dump pipe and Magnaflo 3" hi flow cat converter HSD adjustable coilover suspension Oil catch can Custom pipework around intercooler and turbo Aftermarket white instrument cluster with blue lighting (see pics) Blue 'SKYLINE' on the rear between the tail lights (see pics) The car has recently been resprayed in a silverly colour with a blue pearl.. its hard to call it an exact colour as it changes in different light (see pics). The engine bay has been left white due to not wanting the remove the engine.. The car has never been involved in any accidents and is an awesome car to drive with plenty of power. The pictures i have are of the car before it was lowered. Due to it being adjustable u can drop it as low as u want or raise it to whatever height u like, and because the rear shocks have dampening adjustment u can set the suspension as soft or hard as u like. To arange a time to see the car or any questions call Matt on : 0432291160

One night after servicing my car with a mate he placed the carbon fibre/fibregalss bonnet down but didnt clip it in the whole way, i told him dont worry i'll do it after. I then moved my car outta the garage and drove his in and got to work on it. A few hours later i was driving over to my parents place doin bout 80 when the bonnet came up! scared the shit outta me! i didnt even know what happened, it was at night and there werent many street lights,.. then BANG! everything went black. Suprisingly i didnt panic,.. i seen a small amount of light from the very bottom of the windscreen and looked through that to pull my car over to the side of the road. When i got out and seen what happened i was pissed! The bonnet was hard up against the glass and was flimsy as and the roof was caved all the way in to about 1/2 an inch above my head on the inside, looked like someone had jumped on the centre of my roof??!!... lucky!!! i ripped the bonnet back down and clipped it in as the carbon fibre had held but the reinforcement fibreglass on the inside was f**ked! The bonnet had flexed in the centre when it came into contact with the start of the roof and kind of whip lashed the tip of it into the centre of my roof. I got inside and pushed the roof back up before driving very slowly the rest of the way to my parents place. Next day i stripped the inside of the roof out and found that the "T" reinforcement pillar across centre and towards the windscreen had popped off and the glue that was holding it before needed to be re-glued. (the pillars are attached at the sides of the car with sheet metal tabs and the cross pillar is just to give stability to the roof if any weight is placed on it, Its not a roll bar as such),.. I went to a panel beaters and he gave me some glue that they use for that for $0 (Bears smash repair) and said that'll hold it (guess he felt sorry for me lol). I glued it up there and proped it up with whatever i could find, ie broom sticks cut to length and wedged between the pillar and the floor. I left it like that for a day or 2 and then removed the broom sticks, it held perfectly. The roof now has a small dint in the back right corner that i can pop out with a suction cap but sometimes a section about as big as my hand drops in a little untill i pop it back out from the inside. It eats away at me every time i look at the roof cause to fully fix this im gonna need a new roof, but i dont have the money to do that since i just got my own place and im there by myself. To top it of me and my mate were talkin bout gettin some bonnet pins for my car when we were servicing it lol, all u can do is laugh...

Maybe if they were moulded to the body so it looked smooth, instead of looking cheap with rivets and glue. Maybe! I dont really think they suit the skylines natural shape,... a bit like that purple skylines overkill wing... just to much

Just up from the 2 blue silicone joiners u have another joiner. Whats that made out of? Any chance extra airs getting in through the material? I shit myself when i had a silicon joiner come of completely, car died lol. But on yours if theres just a bit getting through maybe its contributing towards your car playing up?

Hey i just got a set of splitfire coilpacks cause when it was getting tuned before it was breaking up because of the old coilpacks. So now its tuned to 13 psi with the GT3040R and i was wondering if putting the new coilpacks in now will stuff anything up before i send it for the re-tune?... or should i just wait till the tune?, problem is even now the old ones are breaking up every now and agian just driving normally so i wouldnt mind replacing them,.. just dont know if everythin will be sweet if i put the new ones in. And yeah i have the rest of the supporting mods for the turbo and what not. Cheer Matt

Checked all the silicon joiners? maybe one split if a pipe hasn't blown off -
My car was idleing like that just after i fitted the new turbo that had a .7 comp housing and still managed to have the stock afm attached thanks to some attachments. 2 days later i fitted the Z32 afm and a retune and now it idles fine... Maybe its the air flow meter if u havent touched anything recently?!

If you have a aftermarket blow off valve that vents to atmosphere and doesnt plub back, try fitting the stock one or a plumb back one. The air that vents to atmosphere has already passed the o2 sensor therefore telling the computer that its getting that much air,.. in turn more fuel is added and the extra unburnt fuel can cause a backfire when backing of the accelator. Not a bad thing that it runs a little rich but just annoying having the backfire and maybe some black runoff on the back of your car yeah?! A tune on the dyno will fix it up if its the air/fuel ratio but even still the plumb back item is much better for the car
