Hey if your using two-pack paint, use an electric heater to bake them or even better, put it in your bathroom with the heat lamp on. Ive seen it done with great success ask lengend01 on these forums. Good Luck and have fun, 110% do it yourself. You learn to appreciate things alot more doing it yourself, I know how much respect I now have for full time mechanics and auto electricians. Off topic, but next time you get the suspension done, do it yourself. I was so surprised how easy it was. One positive thing by doing something like that is you have the security of knowing what went on with your suspension plus the satisfaction of it all(not to mention the dollards saved). I can guarantee that there is no CCTV within the car park. The only CCTV on that site is on the exit booths so the control room operaters can identify if there is a problem with the ticket machine. The CCTV is not positioned to capture a view of a person driving out in their vehicle. The statistics for that carpark will amaze you, there are around 5-6 cars broken into a day plus the occasional stolen vehicle (weekly). Hell there was even a bomb let off in the basement corridor on the bottom level prior to APEC (little one moved the concrete reinforced and surrounded walls about an inch and shook the carpark). Oh reason I know all this is because my company provides security to this site. There is no security constantly on site, only carpark operators (some have security licences). Dont rely on that carpark for any information in regards to your car. Sorry about the loss and I hope you can recover your losses. Cheers Daniel

Also it depends on your drivnig style. As we all know not everyone likes to be launching there r32gtst with the weak gearbox, so you may have adapted a similar driving style with the GTR. Go to the drags, rev it to 6000rpm, side step the clutch (if it can handle the power?) and im sure you will then witness what the GTR is all about. I'd be interested to know what others think.

First thing you should be checking is smoke pouring out your exhaust if a blown turbo is suspected to be the culprit. I cant comment much on the gtr stock as a rock performance, but as far as I am aware they are referred to as very quick stock, but referring to stock as upgraded exhaust, filters, boost etc. Thats when they crack the 12sec barriers. How much power was the R32gtst putting out? Id assume around 185-190rwkw. That is still fairly quick in the lighter r32, probaly a mid to low 13sec car. It is an interesting comparison.

Hi Everyone, Just wondering if anyone knows if theres a pool hall anywhere in Sydney? There was one in Penrith but it closed down ages ago. The only places i know is the pubs and r.s.l where you can play pool but besides that, is there anywhere round sydney that anybody knows that has a pool hall? Thanks Liz

My main point was if you can make decent power on low boost with the turbo your engine will thank you for it..

If it made 240rwkw at 18psi on a rb20 expect to make the same power with about 5 less psi easy and with a better torque curve. I have a similar turbo and the guy before me made 210rwkw at 20psi on a rb20, I made 235rwkw on 12psi.(<--Both cars were auto aswell). If you got it cheap, good buy. Good luck, Daniel

Also you should enclose the pod as if it is not it will become heatsoaked. This will starve the engine of cold air.

Just realised it was in the NA section......... And yes very worthwhile..I also have two intakes and Im sure it helps with the forced/cold air effect. Cheers
