I get some crazy compressor surge with the turbo though..not overly fussed about it. Any ideas on this one.

I also have a vg30 turbo with r33 hi-flow front..Dont know much about it but it made 235rwkw at 10-12psi. Ive recently converted the car to manual and taking it back to get retuned.. This turbo comes on really aggresive i love the feel and shove it gets, cant campare it to the stock turbo. Midrange couldnt really be tuned as Im only using a safc. theres some old threads about this combination of turbos if yous arn't aware, that person had great results also. Cheers

I dont know what a factory clutch plate on an auto is? When i took the auto out of the r33 there was a auto flywheel, and torque convertor. Cheers and good luck

I think the bands were slipping when gears would change, it was not like when it was stock. Heat kills these boxes. As liqiud said, give mv autos a call, they are the nissan auto guru's. Cheers

I had 235rwkw with no auto trans cooler and it lasted a good six months with a fair amount of normal abuse. With a trans cooler it'd be even better. Cheers

From what others on the forum have said the injectors plug straight in. It has been said someone with mild mechanical exp can install them within an hour or so. Im not to sure on the differences on aus spec vs jdm spec. The ones for sale are however jdm spec (jap spec). Cheers

YAY ...got it out... Got a compressor and used a crystal head with a die grinder, ground it out and it ended popping out. All the other methods were used and I had somebody helping me that has done many autos and they said this one was in there extremely tight? None the less its out and the jobs almost finished.
