take yours out and try and look for hairline cracks in them. You may not be able to see them, but if you can, wrap some electrical tape around them and put them back in. prob best to do it to all of them as it may be hard to see, but if its a misfire you are having, the tape should stop it. If it does you'll know its your packs then.

You may not even get the induction / sucking sound as the car is an na. hence may not be worth it. Personally i think you will prob be ok, but seeing as the new laws for you guys are quite stringent you may just wanna spend the money on other (non performance) related mods, stereo, rims etc and not worry about performnace mods till you get off your p's. It may be worth a try putting one on and seeing if it makes any diifference in sound, but if not, better off just knowing its non-defectable. I have a blitz stainless steel one lying around (which is probably the loudest pod btw so if a pod is gonna make any sound it'll be this one...) so if you wanna try it out and buy it off me let me know.

i have noticed some xforce exhausts come with the oval style resonators and some with the hotdog like mine. my hotdog thing seriously musn't do anything cos its damn loud. Might look into geetting the xforce oval resonator or mid muffler seeing you guys seem to think its quiet.

wow i didn't think xforce and quiet went in the same sentance... I have a stainless steel xforce turboback and it is very very loud. It has a hotdog style resonator, Ive been wanting to change it to an oval resonator or proper middle muffler but have been told it wont fit...

a big body kit that looks like your car is from the set of start wars, and some hugs chrome wheels.... but seriously, i recon you should try and find a power fc while you can!!! there's not much time.... quick! but yeh exhaust and cooler are a good start. safc will do you fine as a good upgrade over stock power and should keep you entyertained for a while, but if you want to go a lil further - whcih you prob dont think you will want to now.. but... a stand alone ecu such as the pfc works wonders... only saying this as they are becoming increasingly harder and harder to find / buy. goodluck.

could also be fuel, My knock was quite bad on the last tank, cruisin n stuff - was fine. but on wot at about 5000rpm it hit 120 or something. I put in some new fuel and seems to all be good now.

plenty of big cruises such as the GOR cruises have all the details up and have no problem with cops. if cops really wanted to come they could have just rung your mobile and posed as a r32 owner etc.
