  1. fark...the de-preciation on skylines is doin my head in. My series 2 cost me 18 grand when i bought it from a dealer! We need to ship some back to japan to have less for sale...!
  2. Hey dude, I really like the trust front bar, I just think it would look better without the mesh behind it. Can make things looks a little tacky i reckon when you have a mesh with such a fine weave. Reminds me of lancers n stuff with kits on em. Get a cooler and it will be tough as! And skirts if you dont already have em. Edit: Just had a look at your car and noticed you alreaday have m spec skirts Cheers
  3. I think its just a standard r33 gtr bar with a different plastic lip on the bottom. Maybe a nismo lip or something.
  4. Car looks awesome, I'd just get rid of the badges personally. Nice pick up. love the genunie gtr front bar.
  5. 1 post hmmm.... Bought it for his 34 yet says he has 33...
  6. just goes pshhhh - pretty simple, not high pitched like hks ssq etc.
  7. Got a couple of mates both with liberty rs turbo's that might come down as well.
  8. The au was and still is one of the most hiddeous cars ever produced. The car looked retarded and looked like it was crying and melting. Droppy headlamps and taillights and that round spherical shape omg - such a terribel looking vehicle.
  9. Thanks heaps cheez, I'll get it checked out!
  10. Yeh seems to do it on half throttle etc more so than full throttle
  11. Yeh i haven't washed mine in over a month i reckon - just gets rained on everyday! I Just stick to cleaning the interior - cant stand a dirty interior.
  12. Anymore ideas? What could get upset from a bump then go back to normal??
  13. You mean like run a diagnostic? I haven't tried that - not sure how to, but i'll have a quick search around now and see if i can find how to do it - i saw it posted somewhere before
  14. My car idles and drives under load fine. However at low revs when the car goes over a bump surface - eg a pot hole or bumpy intersection etc the car hesitates for a second and then starts pulling. Basically it doesn't accelerate smoothly after going over a bump etc but rather hesitates for a sec then hits all of a sudden - sort of a jerky transition if it makes sense. However once it has done it it continues to drive fine. only does it when the road surface bumps the car or something. Any idea's on what it could be? I have tries different afm's but hasn't seemed to have changed it - i also checked the solder joints in the afm and they seem to be connected fine. Something must be getting bumped or knocked causing this hesitant / jerk take off. Car spools up but hesitates to actually move - only for a second or so though. Does anyone have anyidea's on what it may be? Thanks
  15. Your boost is way to high for those mods, you are prob hitting rich and retard as well. You need to either weld a nipple onto the piping to connect to the standard siolenoid or get one taped in with a thread. Where is the hose running from the solenoid t piece going to? Sounds just like my car when i got exhaust and cooler done. I coiuldn't see anything wrond with my packs either but taped em up and it went away. also i had a nipple tig welded onto the piping just before the crossover pipe which droped the boost back sown to normal levels about 9 i think from memory. With no -aftermarket management 14psi or so will make your car run bad with flat spots right in the middle of the rev range.
  16. I want that 7 weeks to hurry up! I'm looking forward to this!
  17. I'd take a look at your coilpacks. They probably have a fine crack in them causing the miss-fire. My car had this exact problem but i took the packs out and wrapped some duck tape around them and it went away for good. Can run 13psi fine with no miss-fire. there is plenty of info on coil pack issues, the diy section has the coil pack tapeing fix.
  18. 'GTWAGN' has confirmed he is def coming.
  19. Ha I'm sure Jono's gonna be pleased to see another legacy.
  20. Thanks walta Get an apexi power intake they are dry filters. I just bought one for my car.
  21. Seeing as you have have tried a lot of different options could be a long shot but i might be your afm, also due to the k&n pod you are using as they are oil based filters, and the oily film can disturb the air folw meter. Pehaps try cleaning your afm and putting a different filter on or standard box.
  22. Its obviously to loose and allowing air to escape when idleing causing your stalling problems. They spring rate itself may not be adjustable on this bov you have and you might wanna consider something out of the turbosmart range which are fulling adjustable. I have a type 2 - vee port, which works fine and no stalling issue's if you wind it up enough.
  23. Ive got a mate with a legacy GT wagon (twin turbo) that i think will prob come as well. So you can put him 'GTWAGN ' in the unsure category but i think he will come. Come on people's lets get more cars down!
