  1. super s13 im unsure what power im making i have not dynoed it....but it pulls hard turbo sounds great hope new one sounds same..... atm car has greddy copy plenum hi flow coils dump and fmic....standard boost....standard ecu....going on it is 555 nismo inj power fc. z32 and Water meth kit picked it up yesturday AWESOME KIT!!!! boost cooler......

Hi i have a rb25 hi flow done by SLIDING performance under 1 year ago...has 7600km siince fitted....no problems what so ever with the turbo run standard boost pressure around 7, 8 psi... ....clean and tidy still on car ...reason i am selling is i am upgrading everythign at once got power fc nismo inj, z 32, plenum and few other bits waiting to go on, so im going to get a new turbo hope to get high 200's out of it (kw) SO MY HIGH FLOW IS NOT NEEDED so if you want a good high flow pm me....these are hard to get now. V>G>C pics up tongiht when i get home....rated to around 240 -250 kw.....19 psi max turbo will be available around the 18th january 2009 this is when i will be fitting new one thanks mitch
  5. lol it ok sucks tho....if they really want it they will get it..... im just about to start putting it in... its goign to be trial and error i guess....the door triggers and boot and bonnet trigger are what im unsure of and the dome light....like it says on 1 wire dome light output(-) so where do i put it...same for door and boot and bonnet trigger i dont know how or where to put them.... and 1 wire for park light......and the turbo run wire is that ch2 out put maybe? http://www.mongoose.com.au/media/11902/M80.pdf this is the wirirng diargram in the booklet..... if someone could tell me what they think numbers im unsure about 4,6,7,10,11.12.13 need to know how to wire them into their relative circuit.... m80g diagram thanks !!!!!
  6. nope! jst need to know how the immobiliser splices into the circuit your immobiliseing....i presume that you would .... cut the fuel power wire and run ""1 in 1 out"" of the module and the relay inside the module acvtivates or deacvtivates the immobilesed circuit.... just need some info thats it..........im aware of the insurance reqiurements of alarm installs.....

HI \ i just got my m80 alarm looking at the wiring diagram its pretty vague on the details ..i know a fair bit about auto electrics but just dont seem to be enuf info......there is nothing on the actual wiring of the imbolised circuits.....do i splice a relay into say ..the fuel pump power wire...and does the m80 engage that relay when not armed ???(so when it is armed the power to fuel is interupted?. any help would be great! some one out there has got to have installed one and can tell me what i need to know... cheers
  8. ahh i hope its soon my suspension is shot.....was going to get the isc coilovers promoted on the site......hearing really terrible things about aftermarket coilovers ...the roads here are shite ..they might be to stiff...

  10. shielded welding (gas) will alwyas give a nicer weld...and you can get a nice looking weld using gassless......dont know why everyone thinks gasless is so horrible
  11. ah i see...maybe it would be money better spent on good suspension , better sway bars spring shocks......etc myabe i dont know.... good luck with it anyways mate..i got a mig welder new off ebay for 290 delivered it works a treat....running gassless....i think it was from Geoffs Tools online store (ebay)
  12. hi bud..... have you ever welded before..?? tig and mig a toatally different....if you buy a tig buy a gas regulator consumeables such as tugnsten tips nozzles and diffusers.....oh and a bottle of inert gas...argon...migs need gas aswell...or you can you a flux cored wire (gasless) just so you know you can get flux cored wire thats requirs gas too..... inch on inch off is stiching not spot welding... what are you hopeing to acheive? what sort of driving do you do is it even worth the time money effort???
  13. remove your dump pipe from the turbo and you should be able to feel if not see a little arm with a round cirlce attached to it thats the waste gate it should be hard up against the turbo housing making a seal...look at your turbine wheel it may have seperated from the shaft......if there is no boost it has to bo turbo wheel or waste gate....if the acctuator arm is not attached to the waste gate opener then you waste gate will be open all the time not allowing boost to buil...hope this helps...waste gat should be shut at all times only opens to controll boost level
  14. yeah mate i would put some exhaust sealant in there......when you say its making no boost does it drive the same??? pull the same way it could be that your boost gauge is shagged...but the noise you heard isnt good.....my turbo made a wobbly wistle noise (best i can describe)turned out somwthing had gone through compressor.....got a high flow.....if you floor it and there is noticeable power loss something is a miss....maybe waste gate wont seal or is not closing at all....

  16. hey problem solved...dont ask how....was going to block bov to see if its positon so close to the turbo was an issue....so instead of blocking it i thought i would just take the air line going to it off...so thats what i did..went for a drive no difference in the lag.....so i went home put air line back on went for a drive ...now it dosent lag between gear changes....and my boost is settled down not unpredictable... so i dont really know what changed but its all good....went for a drive with The Mafia in his car yesturday...anyone who doubts what he has done i will vouch for him his car is a monster nice and stock looking but geez!!! made my car feel like a hyundai!!! MORE POWER!!! very quick cheers for you imput
  17. im putting a nipple jst after compressor housing...to see if it helps.... block off the standard bov????? ya reckon??? its plumbed back like standard again ..bt yeah got a turbosmart boost t witch i think is the culpret....i adjst it and boost dont change so hmmmmmmm if i was running entirely off the wastegate actuator no beed...what boost should i see......like 5 psi maybe ????

  19. yeah gaskets and aviation quailty gasket goo...i thought boost leak but it always hits hard in 1st like is great but its only once you changed it takes to long to build boost....plenum suface was machined from factory it was flat... put straight edge on it....and sat it on a machined surface was not warped or bent......so i thought maybe not boost leak because in first i have no probs.....im thinking something with waste gate maybe.......
  20. hey just installed a greddy copy plenum...went on ok but 1st drive.............. feels very responsive in first if you floor 1st and hit second i get heaps of lag and if you go third even worse.....4800rpm in 3rd boost still climbing.......but if you jst cruise in third and wind it out progresively putting the throttle down it boosts fine hits full boost by 3600rpm ...i have plumbed the wastegate actuator into a nipple on the plenum itself...it has got a long hose to get arond the motor...i am changing it when i got time to add a nipple to my pipeing turbo side.......so do you think the lengthy hose may be a problem....i????or maybe the feed for the wastegate from plenum is no good??? bleed valve maybe??? i dont know whats your thoughts.....????? take so long to build boost after gear change ...oh and the blow off valve is now mounted on the pipe straight after the turbo ( the metal one) like the garden hose for pipe????? its getting changed tommorow when i get to auto shop...its the acc valve feed line..... anything wrong you can point out to me would be great cheers mitch..........
