hey fellars im chasing down a eye to eye connecting rod which sits on the back of the rb alternator series . its got a plastic restricter that goes around the thread to stop the power striking the body of the alternator (power strap from alt. to starter) can anyone out there get me a photo of there alternator . even a brand name n model number will help point me in the right direction. thanks for your time

On an entirely different note , does anyone know the size of that big mother of a brass nipple on the bottom ??? i've got a powdercoated one and my threads are in imperial 0_o ...

Sorry to high Jack your thread but in my build the rb30det I'm missing the welsh plug under injector 1 problem is it ain't showing up as a part on the Nissan system . Do you know where I can hunt this ? It's 13. Mm in diameter

I've got this in an r33 and i require some assistance . stock 25 head . forged bottom end and a kkr 560 turbo. running on an adaptronic ecu. how do i go about getting this engineered ??? in the sydney area . anyone got one of these engineered ? if so please point me in the right direction

purps hit it right on . the most convential way of doing it. the thread your looking for is a 3/4 14 threads per inch in bsp. if your wondering about ecu after that try an adaptronic . plugs into your exisiting looms with no mods to it. you can also download vairous maps for it and there always on call .cant wait till i get mine purring . happy motoring - G

i find with bp and caltex your actually get more than shell. (km per tank) i was stoaked about the differences. the better the fuel . means less periodic maintenance

worp is pretty much right in that case . they stoped sellin n/a clutches because they were utter shit ill let you know about the heavy duty becuase i have one in the rb30det ill let you know what it will get to before it starts slipping . rule of the injectors duty cycle is 90 percent. a fpr will be a good investment too. have you done the pump ? if not try the walbro like peas in a pod =) let us know how you go

right felllars got the 25 head and 30 bottom end . the oil drain for the head is coming out of the vct drain and heading to the oil drain for the turbo .. i know the oil drain thread is 3/4 by 14 threads per inch . now .... im on the hunt for a t piece . does anyone know where i can find it apart from bunnings ?? your help will be greatly appreciated. cheers

okay ... note to every one ... theres abit of grinding to do.. not to mention how piss weak the balancers are to pull off. tin shit is all i can say.. and about half an hand n hair left.

Bump nissan standard front pipe ! 3 bolt flange anyone ?!

G;day fellars kinda really stuck here need your help the build i have atm is holden s2 rb30 bottom end and 1997 rb25 de head with vct . the problem is im very concerned about the vct line . where it goes from ect .. atm the vct outlet on the head has been plugged up (RIGHT hand side from balancer)and the vct controllers n cams are still in the head. the head has the det turbo springs to suit the application. where do i run the lines from and to where the . accordinally the oil outlet on the block must be fitted with a t piece of 1/8th british standard pipe. one line goes to the turbo and the other side of the t goes to the outlet on the head. your help will be greatly appreciated.
