A budget build should be fine im not after huge power aslong as the tune is good there shouldnt be a problem.

I have 8k to play with. The engine for $4400 is a 50k r32 engine. Couldnt find any later model engines for sale.

Checked that thread and rang probably all of them. Altho afew never answer there phones Everyone i spoke to said unless its a full on rebuild there not interested

I have an unlicensed r32 GTR Fully complied but not licenses due to 6th cylinder having little compression. Where can i take it in Perth to get the bottom end rebuilt with forged pistons and rods, crank collar N1 oil and water pump and new bearings. No one wants to touch it with out me handing over 25k. All i want is a basic rebuild to get the car going and make it abit stronger. aiming for 350rwkw. more work will get done in time but just want bottom end done for now. I may as well chuck in oil restrictor and head service so all is good. If i cant find anyone to do it I have found a replacement engine for 4400 + 990 fitting. It includes a gearbox clutch and ecu in that price. Any ideas?

Really regret selling my 2004 XR6 Turbo. 260rwkw with just a tune. Needed the 5 speed changed to a 6 speed and a new clutch. Misses wouldnt let me so we traded it in on a wrx which we then spend lots of money on and then lost it all when we sold. The money she spent on the wrx i could have replaced the gearbox done injectors and more tunning and had 300rwkw Im sad now

Spend $200 and install nistune in your ecu. Upgrade fuel pump, around $300 GTR Injectors $600 Find a second hand Turbo that will make the power u want U could maybe do it all for 2K expecially if you find a bolt on turbo

I would say MAF straight away. Mine used it loose all power randomly(as in felt like engine turned off) could be for 1.2 a second or for 3. Replaced MAF and all good

Goto Jay car. they sell them. I got one its not to bad but i will be retiring it sooner or later and will be getting a new stereo that can do all the switching. You should pay around $150 for it

i am chasing more than 300rwkw but not at first. no point buying second hand engine as i could put that money straight into the bottomend rebuild like i plan on doing I will get stock turbos inspected before putting them back on if there not the best ill wont drive it untill i can get the n1's or somethig similar.
