The viscous LSD's actually take a few 10th's of a second to lock... so off the line wheelspin is usually induced by uneven power distribution. if your using a locker, or a mech LSD, off the line power distribution is pretty much 50/50 - allowing a more predictable launch, and minimal wheelspin related to uneven power distribution.

Seeing if i get any good offers, will consider swaps, etc. Its a 1992 model 180sx, and swapped the motor to a 1996 blacktop about 8 months ago. blew the gearbox at Calder a few weeks back, so it has a fresh box in it now. regularly serviced by myself using only the best oils, filters, etc. Car was originally stock just over a year ago, and pretty much all of the work and tuning was performed at BMT. Makes just a tad over 200kw atw on the BMT dyno, and has ran a 12.53/110mph on 205s! should be able to break 11s with some decent tyres. Body - Black duco, excellent nick - Nismo front bar - Nismo rear pods - Factory option sideskirts - Full window tinting Engine - 1996 SR20DET blacktop - HKS 2540R turbo with HKS actuator (turbo completely overhauled by GCG a few months back, spent $1000+) - ARC GTR intercooler - SARD 550cc injectors - Custom polished stainless intercooler piping - Apexi pod filter - Z32 airflow meter - 3" twin dump pipe, front pipe, and cat - HKS Hi-power 3" catback - Remapped ECU - Bosch 040 500hp fuel pump - Custom bleed valve - Cusco catch can - HKS SSQV bov Driveline - Fresh 5spd box and flywheel - C's shortshift kit - Exedy 5puck button clutch Suspension/Handling - HKS hyper damper height/damper coilovers (just got full reconditioned by ShockReco) - Whiteline front strut brace - Whiteline front adjustable swaybar - Whiteline LCA + swaybar bushes - Urethate HD gearbox mount - Complete 5 stud conversion - R32 GTR calipers/slotter rotors on front - Bendix ultimate pads front - URAS pads rear - S15 rims/bridgestone tyres Looking for around 19,000. registered until Dec 04. contact me at [email protected]

no there is a black top as well as a purple top type s... the only difference is color. the type r bov is a bit bigger, and only comes in black. ive never seen a trumpet for the type s bov... i cant see why it would need it. i bought the bov to use myself as a plumback, but decided to keep the atmo venting hks one i already had. -

yes unfortunatly they are expensive... which makes trying to save money on using the link display not all that viable, unless your going to use more than 2 funtions.
