hey guys i have an rb20, standard bov, but with a k&n pod filter. i swear to god the pod lets out a sound as loud and nice as most bovs i have heard. a mate of mine with an sr20 bought the same pod for his car and it started makin a similar noise. i really think it depends on the type of pod you have! dont bother with the atmo, it aint worth the defect....my 2c

they are just covers, so that means he has no reverse lights then? any idea where he got the covers from?

its defectable as any steering which is not the stock wheel intended for the car or manufacturer, must come with a certificate to verify it complies with the australian standards. they dont give ya a reason for it being defectable, they just ask to see the sticker which approves the wheel, if you dont have one its defectable to get one you usually have to go out and buy both a momo steering wheel and momo boss kit for them to give you the sticker. (just using momo as an example)
