  1. Have you thought about a stock RB25 turbo it will get you close to 200rwkw, its still ball bearing, and would have a lot less lag than the other 2 options cheers
  2. JDM S15 injectors are rated at 480 but many have had them flow tested and often 440 pulls em up hense the confussion. There is also conflicts between whether all S15 manuals run 480cc injectors or just the JDM spec ones. The simplist way to tell is maroon top = 480cc, purple top = 370cc. cheers
  3. Paul is talking about the GCG highflow and is correct the internals are bored out to roughly the same size and rated at the same HP. But everyone does there highflows different hence slides answer where are you getting the highflow done? cheers
  4. With 300rwkw on a RB25 you are starting to exeed what you would call safe limits of the engine internals people have run more power than this with stock internals but you may find reliability to be a problem. Also what is the aim for the car street, track, drift, drag? If it where a street car and it where me than id rather a 250-270rwkw car with exelent reponse and very little lag rather than a peaky 300rwkw (keep that in mind when it comes to turbo selection). A HKS PRO S kit should be consitored as it bolts onto the standard manifold, dump pipe ect (saves you money in the long run). Still responsive and 300rwkw is possible with cams. Check out the R33 GTS25T tuning guide on the skyline website in my sig for more information on supporting mods etc. cheers
  5. Id do it for sure
  6. 13.3 is a good time for those mods, come on its gunna get a stone chip one may as well be at the track nice pics by the way love the tan leather interior cheers
  7. did you ever get it on the dyno SK cheers
  8. very very nice
  9. or a z-tune
  10. Cool will do found the part numbers for the bearing for anyone that needs them Tensioner NSK 60TB0683 EA7L 806 Idler NSK 56TB2801B01 ENSL 309
  11. I like the door sills a lot, but I dislike the lip.
  12. I thought it sounded a bit steep thanks
  13. Dyno wont prove which ones quicker put them both down the quarter, would be interesting to see. I have my money on your R33 since it has 250 wheel HP. cheers
  14. Id take the Z-tune for sure mines is probably a better track car but the z-tune is a way better all rounder. cheers
  15. read stage 1 and stage 2 of the R32 GTST tuning guide on the skyine site in my sig cheers
  16. As stated earlier I have applied to cotes of the zanio z5 so far and it give a better shine than anything else I have ever used including the tech wax. Still havent used the Z2 sealent but I cant wait to see how good it looks after that. The Z5 has covered a lot of the swirls but its still a long way off the swirl free finish id like. But like I said I have tried everything to remove hope you guys have better luck than me?
  17. Interesting topic id say it would be the same for the neo as it is the non neo and obviously depend on the set up. My question is this, Would a large turbo making 250rwkw easily put less stress on a engine than a small turbo at high boost / peak to above peak efficency?
  18. $260 for both from nissan is that about right? thanks
  19. I am going to do the oils ect but I will leave the cam belt and water pump to the mechanics (get an exhaust cam gear installed at the same time) should I get the idoler bearing done too? thanks
  20. That is the exact setup mod for mod that I was thinking mint, the same power target (250rwkw) too. Tomei poncams where my pick as you will be able to keep the NVCS for better midrange. If this setup makes the power it would make it the perfect street setup for a RB25 in my opinion. My only concern is the amount of boost required to get to 250rwkw id estimate around 1.3 bar. A question for the experts, would we need a thicker head gasket to lower compression? Or will this boost and power level be fine with stock internals. Hopefully you could get away with this without the thicker headgasget as response, spool time and off boost torque would be sacrificed. Keep us posted mate cheers
  21. im you dont plan on upgrading your turbo in the future the SAFC will be fine, plus you dont loose your speed sensitive steering ect. cheers
  22. Im very interested to see how it will go mint, if I had the cash to upgrade my turbo I recon this is the one id get to. What other mods do you have / plan to have. cheers
  23. Americans would probably be comparing it to there, LS2/LS6 engines etc with much larger capacity and outright hp to begin with. cheers
  24. Just remembered about a article I read once in a HPI mag about a GTS25T with a apexi turbo. Had a look before and found it, issue 31 yellow r33 on the front. Using this turbo with 1.3bar of boost 268rwkw was produced. Mods incuded all the usual stuff plus light head work and step 1 256 tomei pon cams, the NVCS disabled and cam gears were used instead cheers
  25. Thanks again price works out to be a tad over 2500 delivered very resonable, I sent them an email and it comes with everything need to bolt onto the stock manifold and standard size dump pipe. cheers
