  2. Thats my job around here... Stephen, act your age
  3. wooohooo 'bout time you grew some more frangipanis that is...
  4. Hmmm to be fair... do they have a choice of who pulls them off? Or is it going to be a lucky dip? hehe that'll sort the men from the boys.
  5. Now Corinne, why'd ya havta go and say that for?? Now all the guys wanna go! Oh and if you're going to be pulling them off... I'll offer to take the photos
  6. well, technically right, but unfortunately, due to lying b@stards, only half true... you have to be able to 'prove' it was their fault. So grab an independant witness if you can, or don't move until the Police have arrived. If the Police don't want to come, tell them the damage is pretty bad and that you think you're hurt. Try to get a written statement from the guilty party at the scene and full details of witnesses nearby. Your own passengers are not witness enough apparently. Its bullsh!t really, but its what the world is coming to.
  7. ohhhh I thought you were offering for him to ride on your lap
  8. The FH is going great, I'm lovin' it. I hope to get into Oz Boss before the end of the year, but need more hours before I start dicing with some of those guys. I'm targetting the last one for the year because its at Wakefield, but I would like to get down closer to 60 seconds by then if I can.
  9. I was hoping you would see the light LOL sorry to hear about the problems, but congratulations on your decision to keep your baby.
  10. Ive had something similar happen to me... I've id'd him, they have his name and address, a full police report, but can't prove it - even my comprehensive insurance won't cover my excess because he said he didn't do it.
  11. Roughly, what do they hit you for that?
  12. You used to be able to get a Fire and Theft cover only (no accident damage) - Check and see if you can still get it.
  13. You'll prolly get manslaughter - pedestrians have right of way
  14. If you need the numbers to be viable... let Neil and I know and we can bring in the open wheelers
  15. He's not selling, he's trying to convert the rest of us LOL
  16. Thats the beauty of being an old fart... it only costs me around $900 with bonus glass protection (any single pane of glass a year can be replaced without impacting NCB with no excess)
  17. I'll come if you let me run the open wheeler Then we'll work on Neil
  18. Sorry... I'm not trying to be difficult here, I'm trying to help - you're not reading the small print correctly. 20 Million? Sounds to me like its is only Liability i.e. personal injury using their Compulsory Third Party (CTP) as part of their registration. This does not cover property damage to your vehicle. In other words "20 million in damages for you breaking your neck", not your car. If you have Third Party Property insurance, no damage is covered to your car. If the other party is insured, and they're honest people, then you're okay - BUT if they want to get out of paying an excess and higher premiums in future or won't accept fault... well GOOD LUCK with getting your support, because the result will be their insurance company vs one small individual = where can I get the money to fight this in court? oh crap... its cheaper to fix the car myself. Please talk to NRMA and understand the difference between CTP and TPP. Then for your own sake, compare TPP with Comprehensive.
  19. 3rd party property only covers damage you do to other property, it will never cover damage to your property (car) whether you are at fault or not.
  20. Be careful, some friendly advice a comin' your way 3rd party property insurance does not cover ANY damage to your car, not ever... including fire, theft, coined, egged. You wanna hope you don't meet any roos or have someone back into you in a carpark. If you don't have comprehensive insurance, good luck getting support if you have a "not at fault" accident, it will be just their word against yours and you will be powerless to fight it.
  21. No, the open wheelers were out on their own.
  22. they had the two open wheelers out together (alone) you should have been there, it was a great day
  23. Oh bugger - it's now been edited - ignore above link, the content has changed and for some reason the button to EDIT is missing from my posts. So here is what it said before the edit
