  1. Oooh thats sad news... I'm sorry to hear and hope you are okay. Were you by any chance travelling to or from work?
  2. Oh bummer... I laid the bait and you didn't bite no fun at all... instead I'm gonna go to this thread and say something about a certain flower http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t191885.html at least I get bites there :laughing-smiley-014:
  3. Hey Steady... go screw ya pod
  4. Tuk Tuk said he's giving lots of Skylines the Skyline salute but they don't wave back... They mustn't be able to see the Skyline badge on the truck... I'll have to put a bigger badge on it
  5. You don't need your Skyline to get there, come in anything... you should have seen what Jeno (R33Driftr) turns up in at times And Tuk Tuk turned up with the water truck one night (on his way home from a job). If you need a lift out there, which direction do you live? If you live my way, I'd be happy to pick you up... (let me rephrase that) I'd be happy to give you a lift
  6. I was thinking about getting out there this week... SteadyEddy will prolly want to make an appearance too. Depends on what time Rebecca (daughter) finishes soccer.
  7. Yeah!!! I did get a little excited though didn't I? I think I did one of those Toyota jumps
  8. Does Corollas narrow it down enough or do you need more info? We get Evos at the track... but managed to keep them under control the last two times, they're fast though and its about their turn to come up and whip our butts. So when are you joining us at the track? Michael said you should be there.
  9. Pete, were your ears burning yesterday? An old friend of yours was asking why you weren't competing in the hillclimb yesterday... said you should get your @rse out there.
  10. One Lap Race of Bathurst - Speed Comparison between Holdens I'd love to see the GTR's back at Bathurst.
  11. Good to see them get caught for a change http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,22664517-1702,00.html Man hit with bat during carjacking - October 29, 2007 07:03am A MAN has been charged over a carjacking in Sydney's south-west in which the car's owner was hit with a baseball bat and lost several teeth. Police said the 29-year-old male owner of a Honda Integra advertised for sale accompanied another man on a test drive of the car at Chipping Norton on September 6. The 18-year-old driver allegedly stopped the car near a parked truck on Barry Road before another man approached the vehicle, opened the front passenger door and hit the owner repeatedly with a baseball bat. The two men then allegedly dragged the owner out and drove away in his car. An 18-year-old Fairfield West man was arrested yesterday and charged with aggravated robbery. He was refused bail and is due to appear in Liverpool Local Court today.
  12. They did put a specific drift session in at the end of the day at the last one... but it was quite late (last session) and many had gone home, therefore participation was minimal for the drift session. Its worth asking Marty See the forum at Autosports http://www.autosports.com.au/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=139 I wasn't going to worry about going because the water truck is so busy this time of year that I will lose my mechanic... but if there is enough going from here, I might just come along too
  13. ^^^ wot he said... and the Museum is a friendly, well behaved, get together and chat about where/how/why all things Skyline - Oh and I try to sh!t stir where I can, but no hooning. I'm going to try and organise a Friday night cruise and soccer game one of these Fridays once I know we can use the footy fields.
  14. Dont forget to wind your clocks forward 1 hour tonight
  15. Welcome Sam, its good to see you 'come out' rather than lurking and of course we want pics (we always do) You will have to come out to the Museum one of these nights and catch up with us all. The hillclimb is on tomorrow at Sutton Road... if you swing by for a look, don't forget to come say hi to us, just look for the Skylines.
  16. hmmm nook and cranny's are one of the main reasons I like having my car detailed... I would be disappointed too if they weren't done Shhhh don't tell him I told ya's, but SteadyEddy should be at this event too... he picked up his new Skyline last night and I said he'd better tell you all and "pics or "
  17. twasn't moi... my baby has been locked up so she didn't get doity in the rain
  18. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t190366.html Its quite a bit of money for 60 cars at Wakefield and you are lucky if you can get any time with the instructors, but its still a good day and it is timed. Another "get in early" event... its very popular, so if you're interested, get your spot, pay for it and if you change your mind you won't have any trouble selling your spot.
  19. ^^^ I said her sister must have been a b!tch... do I pass?
  20. I get the same thing coming home each afternoon, it really gets me wound up when someone in the left hand lane stops the traffic and cause many an accident because they slam on the brakes to push into the Belco lane at the last minute instead of getting to the back of the queue. What part of "Belco in right lane" "Tuggers in left lane" do they have trouble understanding... W@nkers!!! I beep long and hard at them everytime... just so they know it didn't go un-noticed
  21. I would have gone to Bathurst, except Im going to Wakefield instead (Dec 2) for Timespan Hillclimb (as per my previous post). If anyone is interested, Wakefield fills up fast for this event and is $80 (which isn't bad for a timed event at Wakie). Ive posted the entry forms and supp regs in my earlier post. Who wants to cruise up to Wakie together? PS: Bathurst sounds awesome too
  22. Yeah wish you well Shawn, give us the heads up when you're returning and I'll try to organise a lunch or dinner cruise somewhere so we can all catch up. I guess its best to get caught with the girls than anything else but if you do get caught... we want pics
  23. You haven't found me a bargain yet!
  24. Victoris SAU coming to Wakefield http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t176741.html I haven't heard back on their numbers and if they can squeeze more in. I've been heavy in study and haven't had time to chase up.
