the same with the tacho, i've seen my fren's SAFC-II that has a digital rev readout. Even when the needle is hardly moving at idle, the digital reading is always fluctuating..

i think the advantages of elec.boost gauges are the warning/peak hold functions....and maybe the ease of wiring.... besides....i don't think you can spot much inaccuracy from a gauge that outputs its readings in analogue mode....

though how unaccurate are normal boost gauges? - the mechanical kind?

both can display boost readings, except the SBC iD has a bigger screen, and it can display boost in a graphical chart or something...hook it up with the power meter id and you can set the boost to speed as well.

mine's 5 speed.... 2 seconds? hah:D the problem with RBs is that they're too eager to make up for numbers in their cruises they'll accept any TD&H to rock up as long as they have a vehicle....
