Everything bar GTA1 is crap... I hate all of the GTAs, so boring.

I'm still deciding on personalised plates - right now there are more important things to spend 2k on though. If I get em' I'd get MIDOL probably.

I don't know where those suburbs are but in VIC (I live in QLD and just assume they are the same) a radar reading doesn't HAVE to be shown but if you request and they deny you have a better chance of beating it. As for the two fines, a truck outside my house got a parking fine in the morning, and another 4 hrs later. The second one got dismissed as it was still the same offence. No idea if thats classed as the same offence but I'd hazard a guess at no.

Hey, reading this now and just one query: If I was looking at mid spec -> high end gear how much would stage 1 of the R33 GTS25T cost??? Also, how do I tell the difference between a high quality cat flow? Purely on cost??? I don't know too much about exhausts. I am trying to find a guide on purchasing an exhaust and the ins and outs but having trouble. EDIT: Online (just for price guides) I can mostly find gear for the R32 RB20DET, these engines are pretty similar arn't they? Universal gear for these? So around the same costs? Cheers.

Wasn't through ebay :S I don't support buying Car Audio gear through ebay (Though through a forum is really no different than ebay.) Was second hand gear from a forum, CAA. I just thought someone might know him on here since he has a skyline. The CAA admin have been helpful but same as me, all emails unanswered - that mobile is disconnected. Name brings up nothing. New lead though, might take a while for it to come through.

fat33, a mate in cairns is checking it out for me, well, sisters b/f cousin is. He drives a GTS-T and is a mechanic so he's gonna let me know what he thinks it is worth. If I get it then I am going to luuuuuurve the drive home.

Paypal are real ***** to deal with. They won't give me any info nor doing anything. They told me because it took me longer than 1 month to lodge a complaint it is up to me.

I've got his mobile off a guy who bought an amp off him. If we can't get anything happening over the phone then I shall get hold of Phil. I bought a GT-28 off him, through paypal. After a month I decided it wasn't coming to find he had been banned from CAA and paypal wouldn't do anything.

Eh... If I get the skyline I want my first drive in it is going to be a 1600km trip 1300km or so on highways from memory though. But gonna needa stop to refuel a few times

How much is Quiktraks yearly fee and to buy it? Also is quiktrak a full security setup or is it worth having other bits and pieces like a few screamers... Don't really want my audio equipment stolen.

Don't go ebay, support the local car audio industry plus any ebay company offering a warranty will be fixing it themselves, they won't be sending it off to a certified repairer. Anyway, stick with Eclipse or Alpine and stay away from JBHIFI and Autobarn and stuff - go to a specialist store... at least they know what they are talking about.

I am looking at R33s right now and just wanted to know if there are any major disadvantages getting the 4 door than the 2 door. Advantage: More space. I can't find much info and I hate search engines on forums (I did some searching, but didn't find much specific comparing the two) Cheers.
