  13. No, that is a seated overhead dumbbell press, also known as the Arnold press in some circles. "Military" means the exercise is done standing.

  15. I find that strange becuase I remember when I was a kid I could do handstand pushups without any weight training. Personally I would not be ditching MP for handstand pushsups, but I'm sure R-SPEC has his reasons..

  18. The wrist wraps defintely take a lot of pressure off the wrists. They haven't been hurting as much since I've been wearing them, but I also haven't been doing as much bench in the last 2 weeks, so I think giving them some time off is paying off
