full tank til feul light comes on, i get 300km's mods: pod, zorst, b/cont. @ 11psi, cooler...... my pod was very oily and blocked, so we c how much better it is now that i hav cleaned it bad or wot?

thanx man, is it possible that it cant supply a charge back to the battery if the battery size is 2 small, especially when lights, demister, cd play, etc is on? the battery is tiny and has 320(something) on it?

hi all, the other day as i was driving to work, i noticed that my cluster looked a bit dim, then a warning signal from my turbo timer was displaying that i was only running 9.2 volts. got it to work and called RACV to look at it.... the RACV dood said that the alternators fine, but what the prob is the battery light in the cluster is blown and it wont allow the alt. to charge up the battery, i hav never heard of this prob and am still not sure that this is the case, just wondering if ne1 has experienced nething along these lines, or heard of the same thing???? NOTE: - just tested the bulb in the cluster and isnt blown - is a brand new battery but cheapo brand can any1 help me? thanx heaps, Mark

just wana know wots the best way to clean ur pod filter? i got a K&N with a large 6in neck and its very oily... blew some dust out with air comp., but was wondering whether you could use a degreaser or anything else to clean it? does the filter cleaner you can buy really effective?

get rid of the bov, or try pulling the vaccum hose off the bov and plug it....... either way it aint doin good for ur turbo like a bov would

hi all, purchased my r33 not long ago and came with the Magicar M902F car alarm.. didnt come with any instructions so i was wondering if ne1 had a PDF file or something with the instructions on how to use all functions....... i hav googled it but didnt find nething..... thanx

thanx for the help, managed to fix the car, and if ne1 has the same problem this might be a fix: regapped plugs back to .8, and put tape around coil pak (like in the other thread), this got rid of the splutter on boost the oil problem was due to the fact that the dikhad put 2much oil in, hopefully its all good a compression check was also completed, the results are: C1 C2 C3 C4 C5 C6 160 162 161 160 164 162 im guessing this is good coz they r fairly similar????

thanx marlin, any other reasons it consuming so much fuel? my mates get bout 400-450 kms from their r33's, me only 280kms also the car is spluttering once it hits FULL boost?? i regapped my spark plugs to 1.1, but i might put em down to .8?

hi all, i just purchased my r33 gtst 2 weeks ago, n noticed a small oil leak on the floor, became bigger everytime i drove it and had a look at the prob 2nite.. there was 4lts excess oil put into the motor that i drained out, the car does run smooth and fine, with no misses, but does drink a fair bit of feul (60bucks to fill and only 280km's? grandma driving). i cleaned out all the piping from the cooler to t/b, but didnt get to to the other side.... i then took it for a test drive to come back and find it dripping again, coming out of 1 of the welds on the cooler piping that goes to the t/body. car has done roughly 100,000km's, and will get compression tested on saturday could this be blow by? or just the car having 4litres excess of oil? mods are gtr cooler, zorst, pod, feul pump(unknown but big), stock boost please help asap, as i still hava 3month warrenty
