  1. ^^ If coolant does run to quickly it can't cool down properly and you will also get electrolysis which will attack welsh plugs, waterpump, thermostat houseing etc. Cheers Josh
  2. Go the Skyline buddy, As everyone has already said, the wrx has a weak gearbox. There quite laggy. There's more aftermarket support for a skyline than a WRX for modifying etc. A skyline is also cheaper. Cheers Josh
  3. Why would it be the painter's fault? He sticker flexed them to the car so it wouldn't come loose and flap around!? If anything it would be the glass shop. Cheers Josh

  5. This is normal. You will definately feel a drop in performace when you have the A/C on, especially on recirc and cold! Nothing to worry about. Cheers Josh
  6. Could be a cap, But maybe also a poor filler neck seal. They change these in compliance and don't normally seal everything properly. Pull the filler neck assembly out and have a look and reseal everything! I had the same prob. in my 180. Cheers Josh
  7. The thermostat can't react quick enough, hence the drop in temp's on a very large hill!! It's only a bimetallic spring! not a fancy electronic solenoid! Cheers Josh
  8. Yellow: Idealistic and novelty loving Sounds a bit gay like to me! Cheers Josh
  9. ^^ That's true! I Agree with Busky2k as well, Most Jap ones these days require a controller which costs more! Cheers Josh
  10. Not certain about Nissan's but I know another Japanese vehicles require you to connect there consult program/handheld and do it with that, in a certain order etc. Cheers Josh

  18. I Agree with "Beer Baron" Go to an Auto Elec and get your charging system and battery tested, unless you have the "right" tools at home to do it yourself! I wouldn't want it to play up for to long as you might "burnout" or damage your hicas system. And that rubber hose deos goto the front for cooling! Cheers Josh
  19. Seeing as you know ypour stuff, Is there a headunit that plays dvd mp3?? no monitor? Cheers Josh P.S Sorry about beeing off topic
  20. ^^^ Thanks for that, Then your top pocket will be pretty useless then won't it! I'm guessing that's why everyone is going with the double din setup. Are they easy to watch crap on? Cheers Josh
  21. Is your a hydraulic or electronic hicas system? It looks hydraulic and that's some sort of pump/valve body for it! That controlls the pressure etc. for the hicas system. Correct me if i'm wrong. Check to see if that whole assembly is tightly fastened to the chassis or where ever it mounts, maybe it's just lose. Cheers Josh
  22. ^Hello Spotted a nice R32 on newline road for sale! only 11900 Cheers Josh
  23. When I got my car dyno'd (r34), I got pretty bad heatsoak, went from 179rwkw to 167kw due to heatsoak through the smic! Cheers Josh
  24. No i don't think that hose/pipe has anything to do with your A/C. Maybe you should take your car to a performance shop and get them to check it out for ya! Cheers Josh
  25. Is that the kit that requires to chop the battery tray or does it run the pipes through the existing pipes? Cheers Josh
