  1. ^^ Cheers for that, always get them mixed up. I changed the battery and did the ECU reset and the hard starting when hot has seemed to disappear. But still have that little miss during idle, will have a look at coils this weekend. Cheers Josh
  2. Cheers Guys, I have noticed that when I try to crank it sounds like the battery is very low, So i'm going to buy a new one tomorrow. I didn't think you could pressure test side feed injectors? I have thought about the Splitfires, but I might try the temp fix to see if I get some sort of change. Cheers Josh
  3. Hey People, After finally returning back to Australia and being able to drive me car a fair bit, I have noticed a few little problems that I though might be solved through the forum. 1. Car is very hard when starting shortly after a long drive (so when hot) 2. Has a little constant misfire during idle and you can feel the power holding back in the higher revs. I have serviced the vehicle and changed the plugs to a set of NGK coppers as well as a new Fuel Filter. When changing the plugs they were quite black and the rear (6) looked quite burnt, also the valley cover looked quite burnt in the No. 6 spot. (excessive heat)? The car has done 60,000 and only has a full 3" exhaust and Apexi Pod filter. I had the car dyno'd a while ago and the A/F's were within range, the tuner said that the car was running properly, just suggested I get an aftermarket ECU. (probably for the rich & retard). Hope the above info. will help people! Cheers Josh
  4. Cheers for the reply's guys, DVD MP3 is also another option. I just hate carrying around a bunch of cd's thats all. -Josh

  18. From various tests I have seen over the internet the ARC are the better of them all, How much power/boost are you eventually goint to put through it? I find it really hard to believe someone was losing 60KW from heatsoak in a FMIC, I was only loosing a mac of 5-10 through my standard SMIC. Cheers Josh

  23. I have used the G-Tech Competition one, it also allows you to download the run and look at different points on the screen. It even prints out a dyno run page! It was only a few kw's off my actually dyno pull. If you take the time to set it up properly with acurate weight etc it's great! Cheers Josh
  24. I have also used the JayCar gold plated one's, I find the extra holes very helpful for all those extra goodies! As Randy said, turn your gain down and use more volume from your headunit and see what that brings you. Cheers Josh
