country towns are always good for steak - just gotta get the right person to cook it had a 400gm rump my first night out at dysart ordered it medium rare - it was definately medium to medium well but could tell it was good quality so i had it again the next night orderd it rare and it was what i would call medium rare and was lovely

close call, I just got pulled over by the popo I was heading up a road they were waiting at the lights as i went sailing through an intersection me thinking F U K! as i was clearly not doing the 60kmh as signed well few seconds later they come round the corner party lights doing their thing... got rbt lisence check and a few stern words... they kept trying to get me to say/admit i was driving with out undue car and attention as i wouldnt admit to a specific speed. Cant really complain as i was doing the wrong thing, guess it would have been too hard for them to pin me on it or they were just feeling forgiving! fun stuff as i have not been pulled over for 11 months!
