wow this thread is so full of misguided bullshit I do not know everything but if your only going to spend 1000 and neeeed to have a sub(s) i would suggest Alpine CDE-9852i - 400retail proll get it for 350ish (will hook up directly to ipod full speed) Jaycar front splits - 150 Jaycar 4x100 amp - 300 Alpine Type S 12 - 180 in box @ Goldcoast (try push them to 150) You will need to spend a little more on wiring but 80 bucks should cover it Get a mate to help you do the install and bobs your uncle For 1000 your probably better off going for something like Alpine CDA-9856i - 450 Boston S60 - 300 jaycar 2x150 - 250 dynamat door kit - 130 A good set of splits + good sound deadening with substantial power will give you more aural pleasure in my honest opinion. ok so that fuse "thingy" i was talking about earlier is actualy the relay! so no to find out if it works, should it make a distinct click sound once the aircon is turned on?

it has been working fine and verry cold The unit has no power as in no lights you press all the buttons and nothing happens nothing on screen as is it was completely turned off

My air con is not working at all as if there is no power going to it. BTW this is in a 33 GTST I have checked the fuse under the dash and its good, There is a big blue fuse (I think its a fuse) in the box in the engine bay. Can anyone confirm what it is exactly and how do you get them out because i have given it a good pull but no luck. once it is out how do i know if its f**ked? also where to get a new one? I do not want to ring supercheap and ask for "one of the blue thingys unda the bonnet"! Cheers, Dan

leave the fresh paint for at least 2 weeks before you put anything on it you want the fresh paint to breath! it lets the chemicals out rather than coating the paint with a wax and locking in traces of thiners/hardener and other chemicals just got my car sprayed and im busting to wax it but am sitting on my hands for a couple of weeks, my painter reckons 3 weeks before wax might be a bit overkill though

they are sharper on the midle part of the headlights next to the grill. I dont think there is any differance on the part that goes into the guard. have not tested but just going by looks
