will you be getting the rims powdercoated so they match the white of your car or will they be done like fridge white i am trying to decide what to get mine painted they are already white but getting them resprayed not sure whether to colour match or go a full bright clean white thoughts people?

my car does it to, i was told it is the throw out bearing and nothing to worry about as it will be changed when i need a new clutch

take it to someone who can paint properly and it should look really good with a coat of clear otherwise just chrome it cheers, Dan

Cut: Farecla Polish: Cant go past bowdens own love the shit Glass: Autoglym glass polish (after using farecla G3 compound) sooo gloshy Headlights: Brasso Wheels: Highpressure then brush - polish aloy with Autosol Black plastick and rubbers: i use a product called black chrome it works exceptionaly well I am a car was adict and would say i have used preety much every mainstream product and these are what i have come to find to be the best I now only use the bowdens chamois it rocks and for all your polishing they make diffrent types of washable pads that they say last 1000 uses even if they dont end up lasting that long they are bloody amazing to work with. only problem is with the rotation it would seem that the majority of 2wd skyline owners are running wider rubber on the rear.... couldnt imagine my 275 on the front!!!!

thanks for that - yeah it is a full set of discs and calipers is there much in the way of custom work to fit them? im preety sure they wil fit behind my current 17" work rims as there looks to be quite alot of clearance for brakes any other opinions welcome!

Hi Guys, I have a 93 S1 GTS25T there is some bad vibration braking at high speed im guessing the rotors are warped and need machiening / replacing I am lookng at the group buy on rda Slotted and dimpled rotors which looks to be $700 -20% discount vs 33GTR Brembos that a mate will sell me for $1200 good condition which ever way i go i will probably do the braided lines and a good quality fluid to go with it i am planing on some bigger wheels Volk C28's so the brakes will be quite visabe so the nicer looking ones are apealing so i am just after your opinions as to which way to go for/against Look foward to your coments, Dan

so what do you expect to pay to have a clutch fitted, i have been quoted $440 that includes getting the flywheel machined the price seems ok but mabye a little high if it really is just a 2 hour job for a good mechanic or is that what mechanics are charging at the moment? $200 per hour?

i spoke to the mechanic that fitted and tuned my cars Power FC he is of the opinion that a seperate ebc is the way to go. his reason was, with something like the Apexi AVCR you have tones of features that you dont get the benifit of using the power fc add on and it is basicly the same sort of money

Basicly as per the topic title What do i need to do to make it work? i have heard it is just the guards that dont line up, can anyone confirm this? would it look bad with the wider guards on the front? Cheers, Dan
